Waited over 30 minutes for an order inside. Just 2 items. After 30 minutes, we realized that the people who ordered before us didn’t even have their food, nor did anyone else. Lady was taking orders and nobody made anything. After 40 minutes we were late and had to leave. No refunds given. No food given. Lady was a rude thief. What a disgrace for such a well known chain.
I went here at 10:36pm I didn’t realize they closed at 10:45 that’s my bad. They were working there butts off they had a million people in the drive thru and inside and they were sending out food as fast as possible. Honestly I’ve never seen fast food workers work this hard! Give them raises!! Especially the girl who was in charge she was directing them and getting sh** done ????
The work area was OFF THE WALL FILTY!!! malt machine was dripping with ice cream and was used MORE THAN several times WITHOUT being cleaned from last usage. Floor had tons of trash left in work areasyrup and nuts..whip cream all spilled and not cleaned up. workers needed to step up their speed and learn to clean as they go...it was UNREAL!!!had to wait for Over 45 minutes to get any one to wait on me... there was 10 of us inside the lobby to be serviced. I WON'T BE GOING BACK!!! Totally un called for
I went through the drive-thru to get my mom and I a little Mother's day treat; we both got shakes and fries. We drove home and started enjoying our treat when a fingernail came up through my straw! Not a fake nail- it was like a fingernail trimming! I called and politely asked for a manager and explained the situation and asked if they wore gloves when handling the ice cream. She said, "No we don't. And I'm the only manager and the only female working right now and I have all my nails." She reluctantly offered to replace my shake, which I turned down cuuuuz... ew. I looked up Kansas regulations on Ready To Eat foods and it says a barrier must be between bare hands and RTE foods, i.e gloves. I am beyond grossed out.
I had hot fudge brownie fancy sunday.(kind with 2 scoops ice cream). They were really slow but in their defense it was the very end of the night on a warm hot sunny day . I bet they ran ragged all day. So they moved really slow but once they saw me, they were courteous, mannerly(nice change) and smiled and I know they were dog tired so I appreciated the smile !!!Hang in there guys !!
Drive thru was backed up bad but employees were calm and professional. Hooked it up on the banana split and sundae too. Thanks!
It was the only place open to get a drive-through decent meal , wow shprised all of us good price great taste and service we will be back
Went through the drive througj and waited about 10 minutes at the speaker until I could place my order. Burger and fries were cold and hard. The ice cream was the saving grace!
The clerks were very rude. Was missing condiments and silverware. Gravy on biscuits was like water and they don't care.
Their burgers are really good and their fries are a little too salty but so amazing!
