We ordered the new Aloha Burger, 2 combos. We were missing an order of fries. When I returned to the table, realized one of the burgers wasn't the Aloha burger. Decided to just eat the burger given. My Aloha burger was thrown together, the bun was super soggy and not the Hawaiian bun as advertised. All in all, the food was pretty disappointing today.
Ordered a cookie dough shake,paid for it, than was told they are out of cookie dough. This is the only shake i have ever gotten from braums. When asked if there was any other flavor i wanted i had no clue what there even was and they kept rushing me trying to figure it out. After all that i was asked to pull up and park. No apology extremely inconsiderate and the lady at the second window snarked at my wife about her ice cream cone. Extremely disappointed with how they deal with customers.
I really want to give good review but can't. My father worked for Braums when he was working. This place is filthy. The grilled chicken on my sandwich and wifes salad were both cold. The tables were dirty. We called manager while sitting in restaurant and told her place needed cleaning. Sent out young girl who hit the tops and quit. Almost every booth had dirty seats, ice cream spilled on front of seats and dried, windows dirty, full of flies, trash cans covered with ketchup all things a manager is responsible for. Please get this under control.
A rude hired helper half way filled my frozen yogurt on Pawnee near Broadway. I had just bought 2 of the 3 pint frozen yogerts and other things in the little grocery area. I go there often. I thought I would get a cone to go. I am 71 years old. This young girl waited on me. Took my $1.82 for a large cone. And only filled it half way. I told her I wanted a full cone. She yelled back for the manager who acted scared of her. I said I wanted my money beck. She started to cuss at me. Gave me my money and told me to never come back.In fact she yelled at me, and 3, times told me to never come back. I have not been back. How rude of her.Dyed reddish purple hair, plenty of eye make up and red lipstick. Maybe 20.I went to that Braums at least 3 times a week since I moved close by in 1998.
So I’m sitting here eating my sundae and I can’t NOT report this.I used to be a manager at Braums years ago. I know what the green apron means. The current green apron tonight, a larger black man, has had the SAME glove on his right hand since cooking burgers while we were in line, filling and handing out drive orders, taking orders and touching POS with gloved hand, and then BACK to the grill without ever even CONSIDERING changing said glove!!!Why even have the glove on? You’re doing worse with it on! Also should have had a hat or hairnet over the grill….He in fact had neither.It’s beyond gross and absolutely opposite of food handler training AND Braums training…..I KNOW for a FACT!!!Insert puke emoji. Do better sir!!
They gave my friends baby a free ice cream, which he wanted no part of but it's the thought that counts lol. Good burgers! Thank you!
What can you say negative about ice cream? Good stuff man you know I'm saying. They got good grocery products in there as well. So if you're hungry you can get a hamburger or whatnot or you can get ice cream which is great to pick up some milk which is good. Overall I got
The ice cream wasn't too bad but they only had one person working the cash register and that kind of got really confusing. My friend had a heck of a Time getting Sprite to drink and after they changed the concentrate the bucket that the drink machine was draining too overflowed making a mess.
Will never eat at Douglas n Seneca location went in 3/7/22 to get milk thought hmm don't feel like cooking tonight so I ordered #12 combo meal stepped around the corner to grab a straw they called my number my meal was ready before my drink went home ate my meal and got sooo sick with diarrhea I didn't make it to work Tuesday. Please take my advice and don't eat at Braums during rush hour 5-7 p.m. Called and talked to the manager she replied they keep their beef patties under a heat lamp for 30 minutes I asked who determines the 30 minutes she did not answer me and never apologized I will never eat there again. I hope her G.M. looks at this post!!!
I stood in front of a whole crew staff and it took a good 5 to 10 mins for anyone to help us. They were so concerned about the drive thru that they forget about the customer walking in. I will never come back to this braums plus I got double charged for a double dip Sunday I wanted to go back in get money back but if they were this stupid to take my order I only imagine what it would be to fix it.
