While the food was good and service was quick, the AC wasn't working but we were not told in advance, (the waiter later informed us by showing us his sweaty arm pits.)It was too late we had already ordered and started our appetizer, (soggy crab cakes I would not recommend), so we didn't leave.Not a good experience and being that management decided to keep seating people without telling them indicates they don't mind the poor review.

had the shrimp and sirloin was delicious, my husband had the pork chops loved them. our server Lydia was very attentive to our table, made sure drinks were full and empty plates taken
I went here for Valentine’s day and I was so disappointed. I had a reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes to be seated (okay we had a drink at the bar since it was still happy hour.) We we’re seated as close to the kitchen as possible which was not pleasant and our waiter effectively rushed us out. I get that it is the busiest day of the year, but we are paying customers okay? The bang bang shrimp was real good (of course) but my side salad was AWFUL. Martinis okay. Desert was ok but clearly microwaved. Salmon just okay with a bad side of veg. Bread and pesto good (hard to mess up.) Overall it just felt so overpriced for such mediocre food. Won’t go back.
My sister took me to this restaurant we went in the afternoon not very many people were there which was nice I don't care for the crowds we had a wonderful waitress. It is expensive to eat there. We had the work so it was my sister's birthday. My sister had ordered a steak and it was over cooked She sent it back and then it came back raw like from the store. I don't know who was the cook that day but evidently he needs some help on cooking expensive steaks. Other than that all the food was delicious my steak was kicked perfectly but like I said my sister's has some issues. They have a delicious dessert macadamia brownie with ice cream and raspberry sauce delicious. Both of our steaks were taking off of our bill due to the issues that we had about the steaks. Other than that this was a very nice restaurant
This is for the store in Miami Aventura. Most time after couple of bad-tasting foods I never returned to the same restaurant. This time I believe it was my third visit. I went back a thirds time because this sounds like a seafood restaurant before I ordered none seafood. My recent visit was for seafood .I lt was the same as all other visits.The food is poor quality, bland and tasted fake. I asked the cashier the what was the portion of the grouper she told me a big piece filling up most of the dish. The cream spinach the fish , the topping was horrible. The small of the the i undercooked Grouper hit me so badly I wanted to vomit some parts cooked and some part rawisg fleshly and smell bad stale fish .Tne size of the fish the photo will dictate compare to the waitress version. The price of the grouper was. $30 plus. I asked for the meal to be taken off my bill and for them to charge me for the salty seafood dip.. I left that was his terrible and atrocious the food was. In the past the lamb chop tasted like chemically engineered meat and bland..Nothing was tasty. TThe cashier did offered for.me to try something else .I realized that most of the meal is just poor quality with very poor taste. I couldn't do everything was bad except the seafood dip that was average and salty The inside looks ambiance of the restaurant is 4 stars.

My husband made a reservation on Valentines Day. We got there and they were ready for us within 5 minutes. We had a great table, the wait staff was very attentive even though it was Valentines and the place was packed. My Salmon was fabulous, the Martinis were amazing. This is one of my favorite restaurants.
Celebrated my Wife's 40th birthday here being she loves seafood and also 1 of the top 2 restaurants for the kids (we blame this on their Bang bang shrimp). Food was great as usual and the he kids had an awesome time. Even though the menu had no mocktails, the bartender was flexible to look up a recipe and make a mocktail for my wife, which was a pleasant surprise. Still one of our families favorites place
Worst experience ever. It was my first time going to bonefish grill. We called three days in advance to make a reservation we double checked with the lady on the phone to make sure she had us down for the right date and time. We get there and a gentleman said “sorry we don’t have a reservation for you”. We had people tell us the same thing and are not appearing on the list the only thing I can do is add you to the wait list which right now it an hour wait. We decided to stay worst decision ever we didn’t get seated till an hour and 30 mins!! When we finally get sited…they were out of what we wanted…SMH!
