Have been customer at Ridge and Central for 16 years until today!! New waitress very rude (2nd time). Both times experienced unable to repeat order correct, received order today nothing at all what I ordered!! How hard is it take and repeat order??? I am allergic to onions (shouldn't matter) needless to say I went elsewhere and won't be back. My husband's corn dog was burnt as well. I would think twice before going there!!!!
This is the de facto spot for my family and I to get a burger. The food is great, so are the shakes. I've come here a lot since we found it somewhere around 2013, and I have never had a bad experience. The people are always friendly and the food is always fresh and good. I just had the triple cheeseburger today and it was so big I couldn't finish it. So I saved it for later, and can't wait to eat it on my lunch break. If I could give Bionic Burger ten stars, I would, because five stars isn't enough.
I haven't been to Bionic Burger since I was a kid so I decided to take my kids there. I got a #1 single cheeseburger meal with onion rings. The onion rings were fresh and good however the cheeseburger was disgusting!! I couldn't eat it all. One of my kids got a cheeseburger kids meal with fries. He said his cheeseburger was disgusting as well and couldn't eat his. My other kid got the chicken strip kids meal with fries. His turned out good and fresh. The ranch they gave him looked old and nasty. It even tasted gross. It was hot in there and smelt weird. After I had ordered and paid I looked through their little order window behind the register and the tall guy running the fryer was eating food while running the fryer WITH THE SAME GLOVES ON!!!!!!!! We will never go back!! Not worth the price we paid!!
Mostly Bun n was Dry! Had to throw away one bun and fold it in half like a NY pizza! Than was able to swallow, barely! Service was nice at pickup window, they get the 2 stars!
Bionic Burger is always a good place to eat. I love all the vintage looking signs they have hung up. It's priced about the same as McDonald's/ Burger King but the food is better. Also they're very generous with they're fries; a medium fry fills a 16-20oz cup.
This place is always great. Your food is made after you order and I have never had a wrong order. The food is always good and the staff is always friendly. I always look forward to going here.
Been traveling for work last 7 months. Got in town today and immediate has some bionic. They didn’t let me down like usually (1/19/22)
I went inside to order carryout and it was a 20 minute wait for my food. The cashier was cordial, apologetic, and engaging. I don't know what challenges the kitchen was facing. I know that restaurants and small businesses have an uphill battle on their hands. Transparency would have been better. Meaning, if they would have told me that it would be a 15-20 minute wait i still would have waited, gladly. I ordered 2 chili cheeseburgers and there was a very small portion of chili. I was surprised. I like their food, I will be back. I just hope that they can get the support that they need.
First timers at Bionic Burger. My goodness that was a great burger!!!! My son got the Six Million Dollar burger and I got just a regular single burger. The char was perfect, the grilled plus raw onions on mine was perfect. Yeah, just a great great burger!!! The folks were nice and helpful, answered all my questions without a problem. Will definitely be back!!! Good job!!!! That's what a business should strive to be!!!
Love food here always get double cheese burger cut in half my oldest ate my left overs but yummy love their fries too
