Super racist , the white people got their stuff before us and we were there 30 minutes before them . Don’t come here, and when asked for ranch it took 15 more minutes . So done with Kansas and Michelle the manager . Calling corporate now.

Very small sized hamburger not worth the ten bucks buns were hard. Steak was decent my steak was pretty good . Waitress was great had Alot of patience lol. All in a STAFF WAS GREAT THE MEALS REALLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. WHAT DIDN'T HELP WAS KNATS FLYING AROUND BUT SEEMED TO BE just at our table and one other.

Escorted to the table with only a drink menu and their "Top Gun" movie advertisement, but no food menu. Waitress came asking for our order, but we still had no menu. Ordered tea a drink and two waters with lemon. Our drinks had not come by the time our appetizer was brought out by someone besides our waitress. We had no silverware, napkins or plates to eat our appetizer with. When we asked for these things he said we would have to ask our waitress. Ended up asking for silverware three times. Finally got our drinks but only one water and no lemon, though the ticket showed two, good thing it's free. Finally got silverware and napkins after the third time asking but not before our main course had already arrived. She actually asked "Will there be anything else?" Ummmm Silverware? so we waited as our food sat sizzling and getting cold. Our meals, "Cajun Blackened Chicken and Shrimp" where described as "Smothered in Mushrooms and Onions" I finally found two tiny thin sliced mushrooms mixed in with the six slivers of onions. There were five shrimp, I understand their name but come on, these were the tiniest shrimp I have ever seen! There was nothing blackened about any of it. The chicken breast seemed to have fake grill marks. It was juicy though. At the end I went to pay by scanning the QR code on the table, seemed to be working just fine but our waitress interrupted me and said there was a glitch in it. I said okay I'll pay with a credit card. As I was pulling out my wallet she ran off to ask if the QR code was working. Finally coming back and said it was. She seemed to be confused and I had to tell her to just use the card three times. 53.00 for two people before the tip. We had better service and better food at Village Inn yesterday for under 30.00. Save yourself time, trouble and money and go somewhere else.

My parents love Applebee's so I've been to a fair amount, but as a disclaimer it is not my favorite as it is a typical chain restaurant with oversalted and over preservative filled foods. They do have gluten free so will give them a thumbs up for that. This Applebee's was probably the worst one I've been too as the food was cold and the bartender didn't know how to make martinis. When we asked for them to be made correctly they were returned with so much olive juice that even after diluting with water (since the glass was only half full there was plenty of room to dilute) I could still only taste olive juice. Our server was great or I would have given one star

I'm hoping we just came in on a bad night. We stood up front figured it was still please wait to be seated. Had at least 5 servers walk by us no greeting...even had a manger walk right past us...no a host's will be with you in a moment. So, first impression was bad. Finally were uh the bar area. Our server was ok..not real friendly. And my mother flagged her down for another drink. I'm not a big fan of flagging down the wait staff but, I'm not sure she would have came back to check without her doing so.food was alright...steak was a little grisly. But fine. The bar tinder had to keep calling out for drink runners...which just sat...and sat. I'd say they staff was not happy this evening

my bartender had such a welcoming personality! know the deals happening and diffused a local fellas drunky attitude with that desperately needed food! fast prompt service! late night offerings and happy hour! 5$ drinks

I LOVED TIFFANY ? she was an excellent waitress. Friendly, efficient, and just amazing at her job!

I had come into town to visit for a couple of days from northern KY. I had sworn off Applebee's in NKY due to just being horrible. The folks I came to visit talked us into going to this location as it was close by, but more so that it was good. I was skeptical but I decided plenty of beer could wash it down. I only drank one beer! We were very pleasantly surprised at the front door and it continued from there! The hosts l et us know it would be a 10 to 15 minute wait and suggested we sit at the bar to wait and we could start off with a drink! We got to the bar and Joshua was awesome! He had us laughing surprised to being seated so quickly! Our waiters did an excellent job at helping us decide from the menu and getting our orders set. We were served quickly and the meals were great! My steak was cooked to my taste expertly and so were the rest of our meals! We had a great time and I would definitely return to this location! Check this place out if you are in town or local!

My drink wasn't completed now did it taste great at all.Cheese dip was cold i didn't want to send it back but I did.The steak was well done. Medium rare is what I like.I felt like the waitress was really amazing, she said because they were running low of lots of things and then they were so busy an somehow I felt like the place wanted me to be ok with that. I know its not costumers fault, i feel if they can not give you exactly what you ordered then kindly ask if I'd like a different drink.I normally wouldn't complain about absolutely nothing anywhere i go , I usually just tough it out, but my Cheese dip was cold throughout, like the microwave would have been ok enough time to heat it up. An my steak was too cooked. I enjoyed the great communication with the waitress an my company of course.

Service was alright. Not bad not great but did the job. We ordered the pretzels and beer cheese and 2 orders of the 4 cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken and a side of mashed potatoes. The pretzels and beer cheese were actually better than the few times I have had it before. The chicken tasted good and consistent with other times I've had it. The bacon was burnt and rock hard. But the sauce on the pasta was terrible. I would put money on it being out of a can. I couldn't tell if it even tasted like cheese. I kept wondering if it was soup based. I only ate a few bites and did not take any of it with me. And the mashed potatoes were old and dry. I haven't been back to any Applebee's in a while because the quality of their food is just getting cheaper and cheaper every time. And the only reason I went this time was because my son picked it. I'll probably be back sometime in the future but it won't ever be by my choice. The flavor and quality just isn't worth my money any more.
