I had the double dipped shrimp and fries. Shrimp was more batter than meat. Fries were cold, so I was co.ped for that.Waitress was good, but she was also making drinks at the bar because there was a competition between the waitresses to sell the most margaritas and daiquiris. She was busy doing that so she didn't have as much interaction with us.Applebee's food has just gone downhill. I consider it fast food now.
We were greeted by a nice hostess & seated promptly. The server was nice enough, but he didn't come back to see if we needed anything besides the check. The food was very good though. The surroundings were filled with local sport teams.
Very slow service! Steak was overdone, tough and burnt. Made new one it was unchewable. Broccoli was cold. Garlic potatoes were good and the cold water was good. Husbands steak was not good. French fries were cold and not cooked thoroughly. The slab of baby back ribs were delicious! Wish they had more meat on them. They tried charging for another steak. 3 instead of 2. None were edible. They weren't busy but waited almost an hour for our food. Will not be going back. Staff was very friendly and polite.
Great place! Waitress was super great. Food was delicious and the perfect blue raspberry margaritas were phenomenal and packed just enough punch. Would highly recommend and come back
Ok where do we begin? Went on April 2nd, 2022, at 430pm. Server was fine. She tried and her behavior was cute.Took over 10 minutes to get alcoholicdrinks.Chips stale and queso had no flavor. Absolutely awful.I ordered the bourbon chicken and shrimp. Shrimp cold. Mashed potatoes, and tasted like they added….nothingMy other half got the fish and chips. He liked it!
The man behind the bar was amazing! I have had bad service at this restaurant on numerous occasions but tonight was great! He is very friendly and personable! Quick to take my to-go order and refilled my drinks before I even needed to ask! He also checked every single meal I ordered before letting me leave the restaurant to make sure I had gotten. What I ordered! I will definitely be returning & it's all thanks to him! I wish I would have gotten his name and I will be calling tomorrow to make sure his managers know how well he is doing! I am once again a happy & very SATISFIED Applebee's ? customer !
The waitress was great!! They got 2 of our drink orders wrong! They brought our appetizers with very little sauce and no plates. The steaks were small and had no mushrooms or onions on them. The broccoli was undercooked. Will not go back to this Applebees.
Well this was the first time I've returned a steak without eating it. Service was slow. There were very few customers. Appetizer was disgusting. Wife asked for refill on her drink and never received it. Waiter was apparently told not to give us a big to go box? Terrible experience.
We arrived at the restaurant and there was a wait so they asked for a phone number they could text to let us know a table was available so I gave them me phone number and said we would wait in our vehicle, they never text so I walked back in and asked about a table and at this point there was no one waiting anymore. They took us to a table took our drink orders brought us our drinks but I asked for a strawberry lemonade but they were our of strawberry everything so I ordered water. They came to our table a little later to take our orders we ordered the sampler appetizers and an extra appetizer they brought us the food first and we wait for at least 1.5 hours before we got a table and our food, then they for got 1 the mozzarella stick in the appetizers. They also just brushed off that they never text or called my phone. What was the point of me giving them my name and phone number if they wouldn't text or call? I have never been treated or disrespected in any other APPLEBEE'S ever until now and it was a horrible experience for my husband, kids and myself. NOT COOL APPLEBEE'S!
Walked in and was seated immediately by waiter. We ordered the Bourbon Street Chicken and shrimp however we were a little disappointed with the portion size. Definitely smaller than the pictures but the taste was good! Could definitely use an side of gene or something. Red Bulls are $4 so be warned lol
