I have to be honest, today’s trip to Andy’s was a bit disappointing. I ordered the vanilla, caramel and pretzel concrete, it had very little caramel and pretzels in it. My husband had a vanilla, blueberry and waffle cone concrete and LOVED it! We will keep going as the Strawberry ? pecan vanilla concrete is fabulous ?
I've always gotten delicious custard every visit! It's a little pricey, but worth every cent. The employees are usually courteous and quick.
Why is it called a concrete if all I got was waffle cone pieces and my concrete was all mush and liquidity??? I go to Andy’s specially for the thick consistency. Currently re-freezing it in my own freezer.
Pretty tasty! A warning to those who have never been, it's drive through and outside seating only. And the cost is a bit higher than I normally do for ice cream, but it was super tasty.
We are an avid customer at the east location. There was a long line into the street as there always is. We arrived about 9:30pm and they close at 11. There were people at the walk up window with their ice cream still in hand. We waited by the window for over 10 minutes and received an angry glare from who we assume was the manager on duty this evening. Finally she gave us a gesture indicating no one would be coming to the window. We were there last night and we waited in line for 30 min for us to get to the window and tell us they were out of vanilla custard. Communication with your customers/customer service should be improved.
On May 1st 2022 around 6 pm our family purchased icecream! I gave the employee my Andy's reward card twice fir 2 separate orders and was not given any points. It didn't show on our tickets! How can I get my points?
Amazing malts! Best malts in town I think. I always get a vanilla malt with chocolate syrup. It comes out with the perfect drinkable consistency everytime. Love this place!!
Kind staff, great treats, and lots of fun on a nice day. You should know that many of their serving sizes are pretty large (even in a "small" or "regular"). So come with an appetite or plan to share with a friend.
Perfect custard, just perfect. I'm a diabetic and this was just perfect for me absolutely the best in my opinion. They also have pup cups for your furry children. Please tip them generously wonderful workers with great customer service skills ?
Visited the drive thru on 3/20 at 10:20 pm only to see that they had closed early - google says they close at 11 pm. I could see 3 employees inside, yet they were not open for business. Went back through the drive thru 3/21 and ordered a small mint cookie concrete. The bottom half was pure green mint syrup while the top half was only vanilla. I had to ask them to mix it again and after a few bites noticed the mint cookies were stale. Where is management in these situations?
