Fast and convenient. Informed managers I wanted it to go after being placed on a tray and fixed it without complaint.

I have been avoiding Wendys because of cold meat and poor service. Elijha took great care and the food quality was what i will hope for. Great job!!!
THE BEST MORNING CREW EVER! THEY ALL NEED A HUGE RISE!! EXCEPT THAT ONE PLUS SIZE MANAGER WHO WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN I ORDER MY ALL NATURAL LEMONADE. SHE WAS NOT NICE AT THE WINDOW, PLUS MUMBLED SOMETHINGS AFTERWARDS. MY FIRES WERE NOT FRESH MY BURGER WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY, SLOPPILY MADE. HOWEVER I WILL ALWAYS GO FOR BREAKFAST!!! CAUSE THEY ROCK!!
Just went through the drive thru and had the best most excellent service I've ever had. The employees are so polite and sweet. Food was fresh and delicious.
I ordered via a mobile app and went through the drive thru. The young lady at the window just opened the window and said"ya?"Handed us our drinks and walked away some other gentleman handed us 2 bags She came back to the window and closed it.After looking at our order we saw stuff missing so we circled back, tried the lobby this time but it was closed. Had to go back through the drive thru and ask for the rest of the order and straws.I must say that I don't feel that a "hi how are you?" Or a "thanks have a good day." is too much to ask and that's definitely the bare minimum for customer service.I don't typically write a negative review because I see how much it can potentially hurt a business. However, in this case I would rather drive 2 miles to a Wendy's that treats me like I'm not an inconvenience then to go to that one again that's only 4 blocks from my house.
Wendy's is a good place too eat! But the reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they always forget something or mess it up
I'd like to give this a 0 instead of a 1! Just went for lunch, during lunch hour on a Saturday, DOORS LOCKED!! LOBBY NOT OPEN I GUESS!! Some of us don't have cars and can't use the drive thru, and want to eat inside, but I guess that's not an option..congrats Wendy's, YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER!! I WILL NEVER BE BACK!!
I felt as though the unbelievably long wait, to get threw the dive up l; was worth the wait. I had been curious for months, if not longer; to try one of the pretzel bun hamburgers. And who can deny themselves a treat to an order of the fries and a frosty.
Went there several times now. Each time I recieved food that was obviously not fresh. And it was made wrong. Didnt get my receipt or a straw for my drink. The lady at the window was weird and didnt say a word. Just stared at me with a nasty look. Wont be going back.
