outstanding service from Matt. Excellent meal from the appetizers to the main course. Dinner rolls were also great. Matt was totally professional and has a great personalit. He kept our drinks full. My Uncle had the steak and shrimp. My girlfriend had the salmon, and I had the bone-in ribeye with a side of shrimp. The manager, Austi, came by our table (and others), to make sure everything was great! Joseph B.
Asked for a "Three Finger Roy Rogers" and got it exactly how I used to make it. The Dallas filet medium well is a must try for those that love a good tender fillet. Server named Sidney was amazing and the pit boss cooked my steak to the perfect point where it brought back memories of the cook outs with my uncles and family. Was kinda busy but good service all around.
First off, this place was delicious. They're bread rolls were delicious and hot. They're cinnamon honey butter was just ok, wish I had regular butter. I should've asked if they offered regular butter.I had a bacon burger and my Fiance had chicken. She had to send it back because it was not fully cooked through. It came back fully cooked and she enjoyed it.The lady that took us to our table didn't say a single word, and just gestured to follow her but our waitress was very nice.Overall, we enjoyed it. We may come back again.
We came here for Mothers Day. Mom always loves it and so does my family. The atmosphere is always lively and fun and the food is hot and delicious! A little on the pricey side, but most places are these days since the pandemic. Will be back though!
We got greeted & seated immediately. Food was their great consistent quality as for taste, but had a few issues on this visit. The hair in my salad curbed my appetite. They were out of the prime rib we ordered, but weren't told until after ordered, and the food took a bit of time to get to table. The server was kind, a bit absent, but pretty good. Overall staff was professional, clean, kind, and helpful.
A very bad experience Last night called ahead party after party came in got a ticket &;were seated ahead of us. It was supposed to be a birthday dinner. The person that called said they would text him never happened party got upset the person that called in got upset and left us sitting there He was supposed to get the text not sure what to do the rest of the party left their were 6 Of us would like to talk to the Manager!
We ordered and used the “to go” option and had a very smooth experience. The food was good and we received large servings. Would highly recommend the carry out option. We didn’t have to experience the noise from eating inside.
Meal was cold and the toppings missing. Crappy service Topeka Kansas Other locations so much better. Busy night but no excuse for such poor service and incorrect order delivery
We were seated for 15 minutes before anyone came and even greeted us or even took our drink orders. Once our waiter came he seemed very out of it and did not seem like he was having a very good day. That being said the manager came by and was very apologetic and gave us a free appetizer and took some off our final bill. So although the initial service was lacking it was good to see the management handle it in the correct way.
Got in and got out. Friendly server and great attitude. Food was even better & rolls were very hot & fresh.
