They locked their doors and turned us away. I believe it was lack of employees, but rude never the less.
The worst customer service!!! Place a mobile order, went to pick it up through the drive-thru and conveniently they were supposedly having "technical difficulties" and couldn't take any more orders. I asked for a refund and was told to cancel the order via the app, I told her they had already processed my payment and her response was "I will repeat my self, we are having technical difficulties and there is nothing I can do for you tonight", I said you could offer me a number to call for assistance and she said "you can GOOGLE the number!
I would highly recommend not ordering from this Taco Bell. Several tables were dirty when I entered. I waited at least 20 minutes before I asked for a refund for my takeout order. Manager offered to make my order immediately when others had already ordered before me. 4 other people had ordered before me and had not received their food either.
Not usually a fan of Taco Bell, but last time I went it tasted good, and was very inexpensive. I just ordered four regular tacos, and they had crispy shells with tasty beef inside and a mild sauce. Hit the spot. I've tried other menu items from Taco Bell, and so far I've only had good experiences. Good place to go for a quick cheap tasty eat.
Since pandemic Taco Bell has not been the same and or they are not meeting standards. Our order was messed up. No napkins in our bag. My bean burritos with extra red sauce, had no extra red sauce and the beans were thick and dry as heck. I am sad and disappointed that it has became this nasty at Taco Bell. Not worth sitting in the long lines anymore. I will be quitting Taco Bell. Good bye Taco Bell
The food was good but unfortunately at night, the drive thru is very sloooooowwww , almost like there is one person taking orders, cooking the food, bagging the food and answering phone calls.However, there is an escape route up a small hill if/when your patience is has been reached. Horrible,Horrible service. 30 minutes and I still had not ordered yet..The lobby was full but they were only focusing on the drive thru..5 employees present behind the counter and a manager. After waiting for 30 minutes one of the leads/supervisors came out to lock the entrance and asked us all to exit the store. It wasn't closing time. If we wanted food we had to go through the drive thru. They just forced us all to leave. I really wanted tacos that day. I left and went down the street to spangles...got a couple burgers
Don't understand why this place has such horrendous wait times. Sitting in the drive-thru is like an all day adventure, and then when you finally get your order after waiting 45 minutes there's a 20% chance that it's going to be wrong, partially or totally. Going inside isn't any better for waiting, the caveat however is you can immediately get your order fixed if they mess it up. If you wait...and wait...and wait some more. Would not recommend to anyone unless I absolutely hated you.
I realize I ordered a vegetarian taco sure wasn’t no meat in them. Be at the window wasn’t very friendly either. I guess that’s why I haven’t been there for over two years.
Service was fast. The employee working the drive thru was super nice. Order was spot on and hot. Very impressed with this visit. Hadn't been here in awhile. Definitely 5 ?????
