I was getting two sandwiches and then the employees say can’t accept my coupons I was mad about it
This was the WORST place I have ever been in my entire life First off I was super super excited to go because of the NEW MENU just FYI I have never been to this Subway before so of course I would walk on the wrong side customers staring due to the layout of this subway btw is awkward so as I walk in I am checking out there new sign they had for the subs The Manager so Rudely asked what I was doing and if I had an to go order ... Like do what mean what am I doing looking at the sign .. So clearly I was on the wrong end of the line witch I didnt even have the chance to figure out it was just so embarrassing and seriously so rude I have worked in customer service for years and I was just so upset I was so upset I couldn't even stay to get my sandwich RUDE RUDE RUDEHopefully this location can work on there Kindness thats what this world needs

Went to get lunch went through the drive through ordered what we wanted and my girlfriends sandwich was right but I got the wrong sandwich, no veggies, I don’t even know if there was cheese and they can’t answer the phone
has to be the single worst service i have ever had period. it took the 4 employees about 15 minutes to make my one sandwich. they did not even know their own ingredients, and they made me wait at the cash register for about 10 minutes because they were making other sandwhiches instead.
This place is messy with food, we had to correct our order twice. And when they finally got it right they were snippy and our sandwiches were covered in sauce all over the outside as well. Took us 30 minutes in the drive thru and then another 20 to correct our stuff
Waited 30 mins. Saw sandwiches sitting already made for almost 15 minutes. Completely ignored us.
The Sub and Protein Bowl were great! However, my reason for 1 star is the staff on Saturday May 14, 1:30 pm were rude! The worst customer service I have witnessed anywhere in my 62 years! No words can describe how rude these employees/kids were. I asked girl who took my money if there was a manager on duty? She gave a smirk of a smile and said no! I asked when then? She said tomorrow. I plan on calling manager.
Made an order online and when I picked up the girl said she forgot one of the breads was different so she made them the same, so I said it was fine but when I got home both of the sandwiches were wrong with al kinds of ingredients I didn't ask for.
I order off of grubhub tonight for two sandwiches and my wife's sandwich was just fine but I open mine and first thing I noticed was everything I order wasn't on there but I still wanted to eat it so I took a bite of my sandwich and my whole sandwich was cold
