Love this Starbucks! The staff is so sweet and it seems like they compliment me every time I stop in - which is always nice to hear! I tend to have large orders for work and they never fuss. Favorite location in Topeka!

So this place actually knows there customers by name and new what I was getting. I haven't been into this place for weeks and yet they all said hi and called me by name as well as started making my beverage.Such a fast paced environment yet they take the time to say hello thanks and hope to see you soon .When I say fast paced it so true those girls and guys work their tails off in such a fast environment to keep you from being late no matter what.From a Carmel ribbon cappuccino to a iced coffee something always fast kind and Iook forward to always stopping back in just to say hi to everyone.I'm a no body they make you feel like you're the only one who matters for just a small amount of time.
The only reason I come here is to feed my wife's Starbucks addiction. If I keep her happy the world is a better place. My wife may single handedly be keeping this store open. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. With as much as she orders I've considered getting a job there just for the discount and ability to keep affording it for her. If they ever put a Starbucks in our target I will be broke.
Love my sugarfree, almond milk, caramel macchiato! Staff is always very pleasant and friendly.
I've always gotten good service there. They know how I like my drink. If I had the money to go there everyday I would. Best coffee in the world my opinion. There has only been a couple times my drink wasn't quite right but that's OK. I recommend this Starbucks it's easier to use. The other two that are in town not so much.

I don't know what ever happened to customer service. The baristas don't listen and are rude to cut you off. More often than not they get the order incorrect. Contact corporate people say. They take a message for an area general manager, nothing gets done! Stop supporting these people. Support your smaller local businesses as they do listen to you no matter how small you feel your voice is. Scooters has way better coffee as well as friendly staff
