Workers were polite and made my drink perfect and fast
Charged extra for breve. Barely put any in and didn't even mix the drink. 2nd time getting a not so great beverage from this location.
Shannon is the best barista in town! And the girls there are awesome and always make it a good time !
Ordered 2 drinks in store. I expected to wait a bit considering its Saturday. What I didnt expect was the lady to forget the other drink. Then a guy tried to give me someone else's drink in which I declined stating someone else's name is on the cup. Mind you, the lady said he was working on it in which he was not. After wating patiently several minutes I asked the same lady how long was the wait ( I watched other drinks made that were ordered after mine) . They rushed and made my drink so messy that She had to put it in another cup with a dry " sorry for the wait". I get to the car and take a sip of my chocolate almond espresso and it was THE NASTIEST DRINK I've ever tasted!!! Almost chemical-like!! How could this be? This is the only drink I ever order from Starbucks, at that location. Drink tossed in the trash. Money and time wasted. Will not be returning, not even to remake my drink. Im going to 7 Brew from now on where they have speedy service and more keto friendly , sugar free options.
It's Monday, it's early, caffeine is required! Topeka only has 2 Starbucks (free-standing). This location is ALWAYS busy. However, the wait time has gotten so much better and whoever is at the window is friendly and gives a smile. Either location is great, all depends on which is closer at the time.
I came here twice today, both times I had to order something other than what I wanted. I was told they should have more cold brew after two but sadly this was not the case. The facility is very clean though and the staff were certainly kind. It was pretty busy but that was to be expected given rush hour.
I love this coffee shop and when I want a quick breakfast or coffee I love to go here. I also love to just sit and read my book with a drink.
This is the third time this has happened. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first two times but now I'm tired of it. I know people are short handed left and right and are extremely busy but all I wanted was a Venti hot vanilla Chai tea latte for my fiance. They can get everything right besides the size. Also it's bad when they repeat it back to you the correct way in the drive thru and at the window but hand you the wrong size, also don't even say the price to you or even hand you a receipt even when you ask for one. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere.
If you enjoy paying almost 5 bucks for a cup of coffee or a hot tea, this is the place for you! I'd rather go across the street and get a cup for 1 buck at Mickey D's. I'd rather save my money for a vacation this coming summer. So Starbucks is too pricey for me. After all food & drink just go in one end and out the other. What a waste, huh? ??
Love the staff here and the coffee! Usually can find a place to sit.
