We ask for more napkins. They said they are in sack. There is one napkin in the sack for two people. Ask for ketchup twice before getting it. Then, we needed mayo so went up to door and was yelled at to stay outside. Then, after waiting, they say they are out of mayo. This Sonic is one of the worst I've ever been to. Customer service is awful. Food was ok nothing to brag about.
Great food, quick service, and a good staff
My onion rings were un-eatable and my chicken sandwich was cold. My wife’s cheeseburger had no cheese, was Luke warm no tomato. The tatortots were overcooked and possible made the day before.If we hadn’t had to go to a baseball game I would have returned the entire mess. Instead it went in the trash.
There was a long line when I got there. I went through drive thru. I love the drink flavors offered. Plus the pretzels are good.
They are extremely fast and almost always get orders correct. But then there are also the times where they do not get the orders correct. There is also a bunch of teenager workers that I see messing around sometimes.
Service is typically fast. The food was ok but tots may have been a little too done. My kids love the drinks there
I *used* to go here maybe about twice a week. Yeah they get drinks right usually, but the last several times I have tried to order a single food item it was incorrect 6 out of 7 times. I have payed for food I did not order, I have ordered things that I didn't get. Is it a big deal? No. But I tried every time to go back and ask simply for the food I ordered or the extra money I payed back; I was dismissed entirely, or the employee(s) I asked to make it right were rude enough I simply gave up and left. Pay your staff a liveable rate and maybe it would change, but for the time being I will go to McDonalds 1 mile away because they can make a McChicken correctly ?
Order is always wrong. This specific sonic went down hill totally when new management took over 6 years ago or so. Terrible non caring service. Mess up easy orders that are not complicated. Worst sonic in Topeka.
Just used the app and then pulled in to pick up our drink order. This location had a shower response than other locations around Topeka. But overall, the order was correct.
This sonic isn't the greatest. They always get our order wrong, the sensor for the drive through is always broken, and their attitude isn't that nice.
