When we got there the lines were long and wait was awesomely short. Hats off to the cooks who did an amazing job getting customers back on their way. Being from Wisconsin it was nice to get back on the road without losing a lot of time
We waited 15 my s at the order speaker before having to drive up to the window where you pick up your order before getting any service. There was a line of cars behind us that had to wait as well. We got no apologies, just a question of whether or not our order had been taken.
Went through Drive thru tonight.We could see the inside crew was breaking their backs taking care of all of us..They did a great job with the people they had.Might suggest more training on Milk Shake making..2 Fanta Shakes and a Banana Strawberry were far from shake usual Great quality...Food tasted good...
Very interesting Sonic.A Sonic that has an outdoor Playland and basketball court. Never seen that before. Also, this place was Booming!!! Drive through had 8 cars in line, every, I mean EVERY stall had a car in line and was just overall super busy. Food was about average for what you get when you do fast food so, unfortunately nothing to say there but, everything else was..... well.... interesting.
It was that great our burgers ? were not hot but our onions ring were hot then the burgers. This was in Topeka,ks
I was just there a few days ago and they didn't tell people their ordering system was down....when I asked a worker what was going on that I had pushed the red button about 5 mins ago she said we can't take your order then walked away but continued to allow people to pull up and park another customer had to tell me their ordering system had went down the worker just went inside with the other workers.... and never came back out so I left
I've tried to give this place multiple chances but it's always bad. Things are often left out of my order and the food is always old. Every single time. They have good drinks. We try the advertised new burgers every time and they're always old and/or burnt. Must be managed poorly. I can't get a fresh meal here to save my life.
I recommend 29th st location over 21st. Drive through appears to be moving decently, but I have had multiple problems at this location over the past two years. Tonight, I ordered 6 drinks. 45 minutes later and 20 minutes after Manuel was apparently on his way (according to the screen message), I left without any drinks. Consider that $11.56 my parting gift after my 4th button push and them asking me to repeat my order. See ya.
We ordered around 3:00 PM because we thought it would be less busy. We ordered 2 supersonic burgers, one had none of the condiments we requested and the large order of onion rings were burned completely black. We had to throw them away. No way they didn't notice that, it must have been deliberate. It's a shame they don't care.
We received our order quickly after it was placed and it was correct (as to what we ordered). The carhop was polite when she gave us our order. It's a great place to eat.
