Weekend of July 30, 22. Sonic Rochester, North Topeka. Not sure what’s going on short staffed or what. Went to the stall. Waited over six minutes just to have someone respond and when they did it was very abrupt; as if I’m wasting their time. I tried killing with kindness at least the carhop was pleasant. Two days later on a 100 degree day went thru drive thru to order slushes for the kids. Car in front had been waiting and I had waited 8min behind them. I even yelled out to the driver if they’ve had a response: driver said nope nothing. Communication goes a long way, at least I’m sorry for the wait we’ll be right with you. Something please. Just ignoring is not cool. Went to McDonald’s instead. Too bad love sonics shakes and slushes.

Sonic off Rochester in North Topeka.Unfortunately, after waiting in the extreme line yet no rudeness or complaints from this end, the girl at the window didn't appear to care how she represented Sonic. She showed EXTREMELY poor customer service (no smile, greeting, kindness, eye contact, or follow through, and rude behavior)!I asked for a receipt and extra napkins yet she forgot when handing my change, so I asked a 2nd time and she said okay. Then I received the remainder of my order, but she forgot both again, so I asked again (#3), and I got the receipt. I then had to ask for part of my order which was forgotten, and the napkins again, and when she came back with the order...still no napkins. I tried to ask again, but she was quick to be done with me and the window closed. I waited thinking she might have been grabbing them real quick, but no, she pulled her cell phone out as I stared while she continued to text on it(didn't look up for even a second). I was floored and it just wasn't worth even mentioning again. She clearly was more concerned about whatever was on the other end of the phone than to perform her job, or even pretend to care that we are helping pay her wages by supporting sonic.This generation needs to get a clue into common courtesy and job performance! I hope she simply had a really bad night, and maybe she gives decent service when she's in a better mood?!?Worst service!

I caution anyone who goes. The consistency of the service varies so much it is ridiculous. Sometimes it can be good/decent other times like now it is utterly worthless. Not only have they messed up my order by not actually giving me what I ordered but even when taking my order they stopped taking it before I could finish, which at the moment I am actually happy about because they not only charged me for someone else’s order (which they did refund although I can’t use that money for a few days now) but I am 100% certain they would have gotten that rest of the order horribly wrong. I am so fed up that I am not coming back, and I caution everyone to be careful if you choose to get food from here.

I think you all need training ,everything on my order was wrong!!!! My sundae had no topping,my tots were cold and my rt 44 limeade was a med..I did have the gal take back tots for some hot.and she brought back french fries and they was COLD..word of mouth is the worst is great advertisement.Dont Eat Here !!!!! I've got stories! Uuk

Ordered Buffalo wings after a long wait in line, went home , saw I was given popcorn ( barely , closer to crumbs ) chicken with BBQ sauce on it instead. Called to ask about it and they said they don't even sell wings anymore. Seems like something they should have said when it was ordered instead of just taking it upon themselves to decide their customers order. Even if the chicken wasn't crumbs that were 90% crust they still didn't even get the sauce right. Will not be going back again.

They didn't have my on line order ready when I indicated I would be there; the burger tasted like cardboard and for a route 44 shark drink, they only put 2 sharks in it. The north Topeka sonic has gone way down hill. Very upset!

Order taker kept putting in wrong order and basically hung up on the order before fixing it. Absolutely no customer service skill. Carhop basically shoved food in window and was like "i don't know why the drinks are wrong" and gave reciept and stomped off. Tried to call location, the mailbox is full and no one wouls answer. One of the combos was all wrong when we finally got food.

The new sour patch kid float is amazing!! Just the right amount of sour, watermelon, with enough ice cream to balance it out! Please keep this treat all summer!!

Worst sonic ever. Want a burrito? How about half? Want tots? How about dumped in your bag. Want a drink 15 minutes please.

Went today ordered 3 drinks took over 20 minutes to get. And no apology was given
