We went in at 8:00, no wait and it took 10 minutes and still no waiter. Although 4 waiters were standing around the front desk. We moved yo the bar but I still asked for the manager. It took 6-8 minutes for him to appear. We decided we were probably better off to go to Olive Garden next door where it took 30 seconds to be waited on.I know it's hard to find good help lately but thus was not acceptable. We have been to other Red Lobsters with great service. Don't waste your time at the Topeka Red Lobster. (At least not on this day!!
Took 15 mins after sitting at the bar to just get a menu... later asked for a specific drank.. I then was telling the bar tender what it entails as I was doing show she interrupted me and said I know I'm looking it online...My ("opinion")mind you... Your phone is as dirty as money. She then informed me then she's charging me per shot no mixed drank.. discount.. no effort plus I'm a server and u never ever interrupt a customer..... funny it was dead at 8 on a Friday I wonder why.........!!!!!!
Great food! Fresh and delicious!!! Lobsters are sweet and made just right!!! The Steak is well cooked on my preference, the clam chowder is great! The Scallops are my favorite!!! So tasty and delicious…It is our Second time here and it’s been our favorite so far since our kids moved..The staff are very courteous and knows their food ?
Great service from Mark S at the Topeka, Ks location. The food was really good. While the seafood can't be as good as my home state of Maine, my wife and mother in law were very happy.
AYCE SHRIMP, also clam chowder soup which was basically milk soup could not taste the chowder ingredients no potato nothing just a broth. Had broccoli for side dish and it was very tiny pieces. Hadn't been there in years and will be years b4 return. The biscuits were not what everyone praises. Its all good just no return..

Served raw food, manager was rude and did not care that food was raw. Told us to push it aside. Horrible customer service. Will not be back!!!
Food is still good, service is still good. Alcohol was great. Prices are on the high side. However, I feel the quality of the food was worth it. I went in the middle of the week and found that it wasn't to busy. Was seated right away and didn't have to wait long for the food. Service was good with friendly staff.
Our server, Brian, was patient and delightful! (Little things like warming the mug first so my 89yo mother's tea would stay hot longer means a lot.) We discovered the 10 lunch options, priced at $9.99 - entree with 2 sides, and of course the sinful/yummy biscuits. We were in town two weeks in a row and ate there both times. We love the coconut shrimp!
Friendly server, great service, tasty food. Our server was kind and courteous and made the dining experience enjoyable. The food was timed well, salad and main course, and everything tasted great.
