Got dinner to go and in a rush for work. There was 3 of us. All 3 orders were wrong. Not to hard when 2 of the orders were the same exact thing and they messed them both up. The other was suppose to be a spicy chicken sandwich, and let's just say that's not what we got. Didn't have enough time to turn around to deal with it, but will be calling tomorrow since they are closed now.
We live in Wichita, and at the Popeyes there, the people are so rude and your order is hardly ever correct. I ordered from this one, extremely friendly and got my order correct. You need to show the Wichita people how it's done!
I finally gave up on this place. Over the past year they are always out of chicken tenders and most sides. Don't waste your time and go to KFC instead.
As a former cook in their kitchen I couldn't bring myself to eat there unless I made what I ate since the staff at the time had absolutely no respect for being sanitary in the kitchen.
Horrible customer service. Manager was the worst as she is clearly frustrated and not happy at this job. To be quite frank, the chicken and biscuits is the worst just at this location. Lawrence Popeyes is way better! I can't believe I had to post this. That's how bad it was.
I have visited multiple times in the past few months. It has been later in the evening but always between 1hr/45min to close. Everytime they have been out of chicken with no offer to make more. Either make more chicken or close. You used to be my favorite fast food in town. You are quickly becoming the place I tell people to avoid.
This Popeyes is really lacking. Doesn't even compare to Popeyes in the south. Taste be off. I realize we're in Kansas but still gotta actually have chicken to make(don't run outta meat) and have it hot and fresh for customers (not sitting under a heat lamp).
the topeka location is always out of food, or it's old and crusty. this place has not been here long enough to get as horrible as it already is. Upper management best get in there and protect its investment.
Got the surf n turf. Chicken strips were small & like jerky, the butterfly shrimp were small & they didn't give me the correct dipping sauce
The food was surprisingly good. I've had times where other locations were not as good but the service, food, and speed were all good here!
