We came and waited for 10 minutes without anyone to come out to greet us. There were two guys in the back just standing there talking to each other the whole time. I tried to let them we were there by yelling "Hello" few times, but never was acknowledged by those two guys. We didn't other anything because we don't how we have to be there until someone notice us. If you're gonna open for business, please be more professional at your job.
Just moved back from NC. No one matches Planet Sub. I am so disappointed counterman was not masked. Such an easy and inexpensive way to protect your customers and each other. Our food was delivered by a masked staff person.
I know everyone is having trouble with staffing right now, but it seems like PS is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Been here twice in the last month. Both times I got the wrong food. So, if you want to get a mediocre reuben when you order a bacon mushroom melt, well, this is the place for you.

2nd time I've been here and I like it the best of all the sub places I've been to in Topeka. Highly recommend it.
I believe in always tipping at least 20%, but when did it become ok to demand a tip? The food isn't as good as it used to be, and it takes forever to get it even when they're not busy. I wont be back.
I like all the sandwiches, bread is made fresh every day and the chicke man Cesar salad is huge and tasty!
Great sandwiches. The shop is much smaller than it used to be, They are following covid distancing. Not impressed with the decor, but you can't beat the sandwhiches. Friendly staff too. Much better than most sandwich shops. 5 stars if they improve their dining area.
