I have had several not good experiences. The food is 'ok'. I had bad delivery experience last year... 2.5 hours to deliver... and pizza was cold not warm... and slimy... this time i ordered online picked up myself... pizza was ok..But ordered pasta too. Paid by credit card online... at pickup they said pasta was discontinued by corporate.. substituted bread sticks... already ordered and paid for 2 breadsticks... didn't need 3
I guess no one was working tonight? I ordered a pizza at 6:00pm and it’s now two hours later and no pizza. I called several times in those two hours and no answer. Don’t waste your time go with someone else.
It makes no sense for the Pizza Hut on Wanamaker to close at 8 but the one on Gage, literally right down the street from me, to be open until 11 but not be able to deliver to my address because my address is only for the Wanamaker store. It would be more beneficial for them to have overlapping delivery areas.
If I could give them 0 stars I would I got wing when I received them they had no sauce! Pizza cold! I waiting 1hr30 minute to get my order called multiple time kept getting put in hold to wait for a manager (lady) and she placed me on hold never came back and I ask for a refund and I still have yet to get one back! I won’t ever be ordering from here or another Pizza Hut again! Awf
Ordered pizza at 6pm. Called an hour later to see where the pizza is. Lady said it should be right their. Another hour goes by. Call again. Guy answers and says it should be their any minute. We are short staffed. Wait another 30 mins. They say they have canceled our order because of no answer. RUDE SERVICE.
After placing an order at 6:15, the confirmation email let me know I'd have the pizza by 8:40. Over two hours later... don't waste your time. Order from Domino's and have it in 30-40 minutes.

Delivery driver Melanie is extremely rude. she went to the wrong address to deliver my neighbors pizza tonight and when she called my neighbor to tell her that the pizzas were outside, while they werent as my neighbor had been outside when I left at 6:20 to come up there to get my pizza, when I got home she was still outside. When my neighbor was trying to tell her that the pizzas were not outside. Melanie proceeded to argue with my neighbor saying that she was outside her apt while she was not as the 2 of us were standing outside. And to make it even better all 4 pizzas and the desert were cold. I nor my business off 300+ will no longer order from Pizza Hut. We will be taking our business either to Papa Johns or Domino's.
