The picture below is their idea of "extra" cheese and sauce. But it was edible, and it tasted pretty ok.
I got pizza, chessy bread and Cinnamon sticks in their family pack. There was something for everyone...I fed 4 kids and 2 adults in $13! Everything was tasty and I did curbside to go so I didn't have to bring in all kids to pick up. It was a big win in my book!
They delivered quick pizza was large pretty tasty wasn't burning hot- unfortunately delivery is getting expensive
Pizza Hut has always had the best pizza since the day they first opened. They are my favorite #1 pizza place.
Great customer service, good on timing. Only complaint is didn't follow order as ordered. Ordered extra sauce and it has no sauce
Pizza Hut on Gage messed up our order on the 9th. Took over an hour to deliver the pizza even though they said it would be sooner. And took 45min on the phone with corporate. After talking it out they said we would get our $55 back and a free large pizza of our choice. We tried to order today. They see no credit. Did not give $55 back and offered a 3 topping pizza and to still be charged an amount. Spent over an hour trying to figure this out as well all to get nowhere.
Edit to add: the manager, Kendra, contacted me just now. She is very nice and professional and is doing her part to correct the other employees short comings. Turns out, the employees never put our order in at all.We ordered at 5:50pm. It is now 8:50pm and we still have not received our food. I have contacted the store multiple times just to be told to hold immediately and then left on hold for over 20 mins. I kept calling and finally got ahold of somebody. The man that answered was absolutely rude! He kept making excuses and had zero customer service skills. I work in a customer service job and that is NOT how you treat your customers. I have filed a report with upper management of Pizza Hut. And won’t hear back for 2-3 days. When I asked to speak to a manager, he informed me that there isn’t one there. If I could put negative stars I would. By far the worst experience we have ever had with ANY restaurant. Pizza Hut has always been our go to when we order delivery, but after tonight’s experience, idk if I’ll ever order again. Ps: the wait time when I ordered was 50-60 minutes. Not 3+ hours. They should be absolutely ashamed! I honestly don’t even know if we will get our food
Ordered a three topping pizza and breadsticks. The breadsticks were very dry, cold in some parts, and didn’t have any seasoning on them. The pizza was awful - barely warm, horribly assembled (the toppings were not placed evenly across the pizza, but instead, all thrown into one section), and the crust was very soggy from grease. This order was pretty disappointing, since the Pizza Hut where I usually order is terrible and I was hopeful this location had better quality, but it’s just as bad if not worse than the other one. Seems like Pizza Hut in general just completely lacks in quality now. I won’t be going back to their restaurants anymore.
I waited over an hour just to find out they delivered my pizza to the wrong apartment. Then instead of dealing with a customer whom has been waiting longer than needed they told me due to their “full screen” that I was going to have to wait another 45min to an hour. Terrible customer service.
Our pizza was supposed to be a 3 topping with pepperoni, sausage, and beef. And we got only sausage on it. Was very disappointed in this.
