Best in class customer service??? Lol not at this location. Trucker at the loves called for a delivery, told this location does not deliver there. Would you like to pick it up instead. Sure Papa John's... when your parking lot is big enough to accommodate my 70 foot truck I will pick up my order. This is not best in class customer service.
It's a chain pizza place so not the best pizza, but definitely better than pizza hut just cause of the red sauce. Also good customer service, last time I ordered delivery the app didn't run my card, but the manager was able to assist me and even run a tip for the driver so I still got food, he still got paid.
There has to be a better way for you guys to package wings! The sauce literally soaked thru the box onto another box and luckily I didn't set it in my seat after I picked it up! Other then that the food is good and that's why I gave 2 stars. Cause if someone's seats get ruined the company isn't gonna pay for them to get cleaned!
My order was a large cheese pizza and a Dr. Pepper. I had it delivered. Pizza was good and hot but was undercooked. And i never got my Dr. pepper.
Disgusting! Would have been better off with a frozen pizza. Ordered the pizza for lunch at my work which has several buildings. I left my location and number when ordering my number was even on the box. The delivery person made no attempt to deliver or call me and dropped the pizza off at a random building. By the time fellow co workers figured it out and called me my pizza was cold. Pizza lacked taste and was too saucy. Never again would give zero stars if I could.
Papa johns is my favorite for pizza. Lately it seems like nobody cares anymore if the customers are satisfied with their meals. I think theres room for improvement.
