Awesome food and quick service. The Asian salad is one of my favorites. The baked goods are well worth a visit!!
I think I’m done with Panara. It always looks dirty. Second complaint Good food but I wish they would go back to the pagers. This hollering out a persons name is nerve racking it’s loud enough without that.But that’s just me .
We used to be regulars pre-pandemic. We've only ordered via the frustrating app since. It's become overpriced for a low amount of food. It's gotten to where I just don't even want to eat there anymore.

Placed an ASAP to go order because I was in a hurry. App said my order was ready. Walked to grab it from the “to go” rapid pick up area. My order was not there. Told the staff, who seemed very disorganized. They scrambled around and finally said they’d make my order. They claimed someone else took my food and that they can’t monitor the pick up station so it happens all the time apparently. Maybe make the pick up station more secure?As for the food, the $2 fruit cup was tiny and the fruit was old and inedible. The tuna sandwich I got was slapped together. I had to rebuild it when I got home. Very skimpy on the tuna and heavy on the greens. And the bread they used was so salty and gross. I hadn’t been here in over a year, the quality has gone way downhill. Probably another restaurant that just blames it on “Covid”.
Thank you to the morning staff for modification of a salad in drive through. Im allergic to onions and can't eat much meat any longer and most places give me grief for modification of a recipe but your team made me the perfect strawberry and avocado salad. I can't say thank you enough! I won't be sick tonight because I wanted a treat.
Good food, service is quick. Great place to grab a bite if in a rush. Also great place to sit and talk.
Dining experiences have been good for sandwiches and sides, I’ve probably had it delivered 100 times dating back pre pandemic when they delivered themselves instead of Doordash. For the love of god though: can someone slice the bagels like they have two functioning eyes? This is zero F’s given slicing. I don’t even know how you fail at slicing that bad unless you’re intentionally trying to cut around the edge. If you’re using some automatic slicer, maybe you calibrate it sometime, or someone take the time and use a knife. Pizzagel doesn’t have the consistent slicing fails that Panera bread does. I’m going to start cataloging them it’s been so laughably bad sometimes.
