I have always liked everything I have ordered from here. If you like Italian, you'll like this place! Their bread sticks and salad are great, also. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. They are a little expensive, so be aware of that.
A few friends dined at Paisano’s and had the opportunity to experience the new ownership. We were greeted promptly and had fantastic service. The serving team was very friendly and the owner stopped to by to say hello. It was truly a very nice experience and I appreciate having a nice restaurant that is not a chain. Chain restaurants are fine but the experience is just not the same. Take some time to enjoy a friendly atmosphere with great food and cocktails!

We have been there several times now. Almost every time we visit the Topeka zoo, we follow it up with a trip to Paisano's, and it is usually the highlight of the day. The food is very good at a reasonable price. The restaurant has a homey feel. The staff has always been very attentive, and more than once I feel like they have went above and beyond what is a "normal" level of service. Would highly recommend to anyone who is in the area.
Great lil Italian restaurant. We tried the taste of Italy and the roman twins and would recommend either dish. Very filling. Bread sticks and salad were also good portions. Staff was friendly.
My wife and I decided to spend our Valentines dinner at Paisano’s. The servers were fast, accurate, and friendly. The atmosphere was lively and fun, and the food was fantastic. We ordered several dishes to try out the menu and everything was delicious. The owner stopped by to say hello and make sure we were well situated, and the whole experience was wonderful. We will be back, many times this year.
I had reservations for Valentine's Day. My wife and I showed up early and was promptly greeted and seated. The place was busy, as expected, but we were greeted by a server almost immediately. She was busy, and was waiting on a large group next to our table. She was fantastic! the food was excellent, came out in a very reasonable time, server was very attentive the whole time. At least three other people came around checking on the food, asking how everything was, and generally checking on us. First time visit and will definitely return!!
In the past they have done half price lunch with the purchase of a drink if you are there before 11:30. They still do that deal but the new owners have decided that they are going to charge $5.50 for the drink which makes it no difference than paying full price for the meal. Either do the deal or just get rid of it but don't try and scam people. Even the waitress agreed that it was a rip off.
We showed up without a reservation on Friday night. We took advantage of the new wait at your table option. It was great. We had some wine while we waited. Joe, one of the new owners, checked in on us a couple of times. Our server came by in about 30 minutes. The food and service was great.
1st time there on an outing with grandson. We both absolutely loved the food. Service was polite and prompt. Highly recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your tastebuds eating Olive Garden when this place is in town.
