Everywhere else I go they put the creamer and sugar in my coffee for me, this is the only location that have me a bag of sugar and creamer packets and has me do it myself. Not exactly convenient when you're trying to drive. I might as well just do it at home and spend the same amount of time and effort. Otherwise the food has always been like I ordered so I will give 4 stars. I get mornings are hectic for everyone, but i hit the drive thru for convenience. Just my opinion.
They didnt say how much it was going to be or read back the order.Had nobody in line and still told that I had to pull forward.The store manager "Rachelle" was dismissive and spoke down to my question of why this was done. Had no way of providing a contact for complaints, told me I should just go somewhere else.Waved me off and walked back into the store.
I'm not much of a fast-food person but they do have good food for when I eat there.

Food was cold, fries tasted like they been refried an nuggets where not fully cooked. Manager didn't care to be told anything an shrugged us off.
Ordered 2 large mocha frappe but they put so much whip cream ended being a medium. If you don't have enough mix dont charge for a large!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Service is always POOR. The pull forward trick to then forget you were waiting on them to bring you cold food that probably still isn’t right or you have to call to remind them you are waiting.
Extremely rude workers. Also can never get orders right 1 out of 20 is pretty good right. Fast food workers wonder why the get treated so badly. Go here for an example.
This location is hit or miss to be honest. This time I went to get my nephew a happy meal and a few other things. First, my order was closed out before I was finished ordering as if the guy had no time to wait, second, when I did complete my order, my food wasn't ready and asked me to pull up to wait. But NO ONE came! For a good 15 there was nothing, then workers with other bags but none of it was mine. After asking a 3rd person about my order a manager or another worker came by and asked about my food. Within minutes of telling her, we got our food.
Out of all of the McDonald’s in Topeka. This one is the worst. 1 out of 3 times they get my simple order wrong. No ketchup. Not only ketchup not no pickle. No ketchup. How hard really. Half the time the ticket does say no ketchup
