I was just at the McDonald at Topeka Boulevard. I used to get good service. I usually order their French Vanilla Ice Coffee. Lately whoever is making it, is making the taste bitter. I see a lot of young people working there and handling the food. I don't know if that's it. I really think it depends who is working that day. I try my best to give people the benefit of the doubt. This time I am just not very happy because prices is all going up now, I expect to get good drinks and food the way they advertise it!!!!!!!
Spent about 40 minutes trapped in the inside lane to even get to the speaker, by then I waited 40 so why not some more? Wait another 20 minutes to get to the window to get cold food. Do better, it's not hard.
I gave it a 4 star due to Bideflation, if it was not so high priced I would of given 5. It cost us $30 for hamburgers, fries, kids drink and two shakes. Grandson wanted to go to play in the Playland and we had no clue it would cost that much.
Haven't had one in awhile but got a large sweet tea, excellent! Place was clean and orders were going out pretty fast, person up front was very helpful and easy to talk to. First time I've been there since they reopened nice.
There was an employee GLARING at us in the playground. We were the only ones there. It wasn't an issue until we(1 small boy, one toddler and my wife) sat down to eat. She WOULD NOT STOP STARING, and even as I write this is still staring at us. She standing MAYBE 6ft from us. We have done nothing wrong, the boys are playing nicely, we are cleaning up after ourselves. Really, REALLY don't appreciate being stared at while trying to enjoy the company of my wife and nephews.
It's okay if you want to just get in get out get you something to eat they are extremely busy there almost all day everyday. But some of the service people in there are rude and just want to be there to get their check and leave not to be helpful customer service
The double quarter pound of a cheese with cold the fries were cold as usual the chicken sandwich with cold and just tasted nasty. The only thing that was good was my daughter's McChicken
Staff was good love the hardworking over night manager amanda, she's always on the move. Stepping in to help whatever whenever whichever help is needed she super.
This specific McDonald’s has gone down hill a lot recently. Their soda is gross half the time, the food is rarely hot and the workers rarely bother giving you everything you order. I will never understand how it’s so hard to get someone their complete order. You pay for something and they don’t give it to you, only for them to want you to waste more money on gas just to come back and get the cold food they didn’t bother giving you.
I order food here a lot. This particular trip I was disappointed. My mcnuggets didn't include the dipping sauce I ordered and they were cold. The French fries were limp and almost soggy. Very disappointing. I'm not sure what to make of the last visit, but it seems to be something these last half dozen visits.
