We ordered 3 double quarter pounders and all 3 were raw. No one answered the phones. Never eating from here again.
They rearranged the inside to where you can no longer fill your own drink or get any of the straws/ketchup/seasonings. This would be fine if the employees were attentive to the front counter. You would have to wait about five minutes to get a simple salt packet because they no longer let them sit out to grab yourself. They had very poor service (even for Mc d's). I think the drive through is the same as always but I would not recommend going inside if you would like to have everything you need.
Great food, fast service and glad to say McDonald's has come a long way from where they use to be, so I'd say I was lovin it lol
Friendly staff and pretty fast service even when they are swamped. Food is always hot
Customer service was excellent. Ketchup was bad in lobby self service area. However dinning area was clean.
It's a McDonald's ??♂️ I've never had any issues at this one, except the quality of the fries tends to be inconsistent (though you'll find that at pretty much any McD's).
This location in particular is very clean and awesome customer service. The employees are friendly and food is good. Management at this location take pride in what they do and loves what they do. Great management and staffs!
The younger people working would rather run in and out of the door instead of actually doing work. Waiting on orders to be done but yet they're still running in and out of the door. Nothing but horseplay is going on. If you try asking for something good luck on getting it.
Had a door dash here. This was my first door dash as this location.So to fill you in every McDonald's I've door dashed at passes the food through the window. I get to the north side location and as soon as I get to the window I wait 3 min before anyone come to the speaker. Time management is and issue. They then requested I come inside, fine no problem but I've never had to before. Remind you it just got done snowing 6 to 8 inches And thier is ice everywhere nice melt down on their parking lot. I get inside and I'm standing at the counter watching the entire kitchen laugh and talk ish for a couple min before they realize anyone was at the counter.Why if you ask me to come inside your not prepared.Customer service -5Time management-3What you say in the kitchen the customers can hear. Be mindful of what you say.
Pretty busy when ordered fromthe drive-thru. The fries weren't fresh and tasted like they had been sitting in old oil.
