We ordered burgers and fries. And 13 freshly made chocolate chip cookies, the cookie tote. Because when you order the cookie tote 13 chocolate chip cookies they have to make them fresh. They gave me their old style not fresh cookies. So I looked at the lady and I said these are not fresh I ordered the cookie tote and I asked for them to be freshly made she apologized and told me to pull to stall number one and they'll get them right out to me. It took 38 minutes. I had to call them Bang on the door because the door was not open. The manager lady thought that bringing out ice cream would make the 38 minutes OK. My kids fries are cold burgers are cold it's 7 something at night dinner time we've been out playing all day no ice cream doesn't make it better.

Waited more than 10min for a Frappe outside. Manager walked by never asking if everything was okay until I finally asked about my order. I try to keep staff shortage in my mind however when staff are walking around with their face in their phones it kinda hard to be understanding?

This McDonalds really sucks. Seems like everytime I go there is a problem. I asked for no onions on my burgers so why would I want onions on my Mcchicken. By the way my Mcchicken had to bottom buns. Please get done with construction with the one on Topeka BlvdEdit: not sure why this is just now posting I can't even remember when I wrote this had to be last year but the picture I added today is this morning. Im not sure why they though that was ok

Sometimes the workers have an attitude, but thats what happens when you are working in this type of heat! Food was great though!

Everytime I go to the restaurant I go through the drive through the food they served is cold and nasty they need help I will not visit them anymore I send $10 or more and everytime I have to throw my food away Never visited any McDonald's in Topeka Kansas again

The food is always cold/old. Not fresh! The customer service sucks and they forever have a long line. Have you sitting in line for 10 minutes at least! Workers are rude too. I’ve read the previous reviews and I’ve experienced similar I’d not exact same service today was just the top of the ice berg. I’m NEVER going to give my money to this location again. I will tell all my friends and family not to as well. But then again they already know cause they were with me each and every time.

I have to sit in the outer lane burning up gas continually being told they would be with me shortly. Meanwhile, the inside lane has 3 cars get to place their orders and a 4th car getting ready to place their order and I kept being told they would be with me shortly. With high gas prices and it being hotter than hell, I shouldn't be kept waiting while everyone else is able to order. That's just wrong.

Staff was great!Very accommodating... It took more than average time to prepare our meals so it was compted by the mgr.

VERY long wait. VERY busy.. Got here at 9:30am and it's now 12:42 and just now done.Although the guy that did my full set and pedi was friendly so that was nice. We'll see how my nails do in the next two to three week to determine if I come back. Sometimes the wait is worth the results!

Will never recommend the McDonald's on Kansas Ave. to anyone and will let my fellow friends and coworkers and everyone else I know not to come to McDonald's in general. The General Manager of this location likes to frequently yell at their employees while customers are in the store and likes to take off while they are busy with customers. I've I've this GM berate, almost get physical with another employee, and has made employees constantly cry on the job. This has to be one of the WORST toxic workplaces I have ever seen and witnessed. I highly suggest HR investigate and fire THIS GM before the actual company loses great employees, customers, and their reputation. This is ridiculous and I hope there is something actually done. Or atleast I get a number so I can officially make a complaint on this General manager. They have ZERO reason to act this way to employees. I am a manager for a company and I would NEVER treat my employees this way. This is very concerning McDonald's. Do better. Especially you HR. I would like to be contacted regarding this issue IMMEDIATELY.
