As an extremely good customer who often tips in excess of $10.00 I feel disrespected that the store decided to call me a counterfeiter when I have never once given them or anyone a counterfeit bill. Instead of insulting your customer base try teaching your delivery drivers how to spot fake bills and give them a counterfeit pen. In case you didn't realize, people order because they're hungry. They have children who are hungry and we don't care if you are too lazy to check for counterfeit bills. We want the food we ordered and we are fully willing to pay real money US currency, (legal tender) for our food. Our bill was over $50.00 and like I said I often tip over $10.00 so all you need is $40.00. I used to deliver for dominos. Don't give me no nonsense. Just give me my dang food
Decided to try Marco's out on one of the last days that I was in town. I was NOT disappointed! The pizza was delicious and if you go online to their website, they offer codes for promotions. I ordered a Pepperoni Magnifico, the special was 9.99 with the online code. I added a couple extras, I ended up paying around $14 for a large, delicious pizza. The gentleman who gave me my pizza told me, "if this is your first time eating one of our pizzas, you'll be back." He was absolutely right! If I ever find myself back in Topeka looking for some good food, I'll definitely be returning!
The pizza has always been hot and tastes great. Also the price is wonderful.
I ate 2 pieces and threw the rest away. I asked for it to be cut in squares it wasn't. It looked and tasted liked it was a reheated pizza. I won't be going there again!!
Have had several great experiences with Marco's but the last two times we have ordered take out the pizza was over cooked and cold.
I ordered from the Topeka location last night 2/09/22 around 10pm. Mistakenly put it through as CARRYOUT online. Common mistake. I've done it before and called them back to change it to delivery. No problem. This night, I called them at 1008pm. After I made my error. Ready to have it converted to delivery and put a tip in for the driver. No one answered the phone. I called from 1008-1029pm. Sitting on hold 1-8 minutes at a time . NO ONE ANSWERED. Had to spend MORE MONEY and order from Papa John's. (who forgot my soda but went back and brought it to me and apologized). Ok... I call the Topeka Marcos location today 2/10/22. The mgr on duty tells me that there is nothing he can do unless it's on the day of. I would have to wait till the store mgr is in on Saturday. WTF. He also tells me that I should have called and had it changed over. I tell him about all the times I called for 30 minutes and he says that it can take up to 15 mins to get through. That's ridiculous. He says they were there till midnight. I am completely DONE with Marcos. I'm out of 21 bucks and change. The mgr on duty wouldn't even make it up to me by giving me a delivery!!! NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT TO ME ABOUT THIS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. All I want is my refund. That's it. I don't want any food from them every again.
Marcos pizza is Delicious, if you've never had it I suggest you stop by and get some, you won't regret it.
Love their cheesy breadsticks and pizza especially with the parmesan crust, food is always made up quick and the service is awesome. We always have bad experiences elsewhere, Marco's is our go to!
It was the worst pizza I had in a while!!!! The pepperoni magnificent was like a one topping pepperoni pizza and the two topping looked just the same!!! They need to retrain there staff on how to top a pizza. A lot of extra cheese don't make it a pizza!!!
The prices are decent but that's because the food is decent. The ratio of cheese to sauce was unsatisfactory, and the crust had no flavor, (I know some ppl like plain no flavor crust) but if you like good pizza with good prices thats well made go to AJs no I'm not sponsored but I've yet to find a place better just sayin
