Worst Japanese steakhouse I have ever eaten at. Cook didn't do a show at all, no yum yum sauce, very bland rice, then chewy stringy chicken thighs. It was inedible and certainly not close to worth the price. When waitress asked if everybody was okay because we werent eating i politely said its the ckn and its mot edible chewy, held up the strung together chunks. She just walked away. Sge came back with the check and asked if i needed a box. I politely said no, we can't really eat this. No sorry just walked away again. After i paid i asked if there was a manager, she rolled her eyes and said up front. Spoke to manager and just got 15 percent back. I was so sad to use our monthly eat out budget on this yucky food with terrible service.

From beginning to end the total experience was nice. The establishment was clean and welcoming, the staff friendly. Our chef was definitely experienced and personable. The food of course is fresh and plenty ( huge portion s) being they make it right in front of you. Thumbs up!

Great food! Fun experience. The chefs do an amazing job interacting and messing with the patrons. Slightly on the expensive side and confined table space. It's always interesting sitting next to someone new and sharing experiences!

Had a good experience eating here several years ago. However, this time, not so good. Staff seemed unhappy and completely untrained. Food was good, but not great! Think Gordon Ramsey needs to make a visit, if they’ll accept him!!

I love Kiku's Japanese Steakhouse. I've been going there for over 30 years now. The people are inviting. The cooks are funny and they cook all most all your food in front of us. The waitstaff does their best always and we always have a fabulous time

Our cook was GREAT..made the experience so much fun..the food is delicious!! Will definitely go back...its a little pricey but we brought home enoughfor 3 more meals ...

Always had a great dinner here in the past. This time however, I had several issues all coming from the sushi bar. Had to ask multiple times about the sushi I ordered, which took 3 attempts before it was all delivered to the table. We were a large group of 11 and it was Christmas evening. However, all the food was amazing once received. I know everyone is understaffed and/or training new hires so I'm not going to be harsh. Prior to this I have never had any issues with restaurant or staff and food was always delicious. I highly recommend this Kiki's location to everyone and feel confident you will enjoy the food.

Side salad consisted of lettuce a few pieces of shredded carrots and something that looked like Thousand Island dressing. The Mitsubishi soup barely had any flavor. The rice was undercooked, the vegetables tasted better. Sesame chicken was pretty good. Servers were pleasant and friendly. On a good note, the soy sauce tasted good.

We are leaving the restaurant without eating here due to complete lack of consideration by the staff. We are(were) regulars, and were told there was a 15 minute wait when we arrived an hour ago. They just sat 3 large parties in front of us and keep telling is only a few more minutes. I understand that they want to make as much money as possible, but shouldn't lie to people and treat them poorly.. We will be taking our business to Yuki. I recommend you do the same.

Very good food. Lots to eat here. The mixed drinks are delicious! Staff was very friendly. You won't leave hungry from here that's for sure! Will definitely be back. The filet is devine!
