They always have great food every time I have went there. The staff was GREAT, friendly, quick and polite. The building itself was a normal KFC restaurant.
Normally this KFC is awesome, but this visit my Popcorn Chicken was tough and tasted like it had been sitting for too long. I'll definitely give them another shot because the food is usually delicious.
While watching gentlemen make my order. He smashed the chicken to make lid fit bucket. When asked not to do that ,they informed me that's what they do. Why not just use another bucket especially since the order was half original and half extra crispy.
I haven't been for a long time but everything looked liked it was freshly remodeled. Everything was nice and clean and the food was good and fresh

We just went into Kfc on West 21st. Jonas took our order, he did amazing. Very quick and friendly. There were only two people working. I was very impressed.

Disappointed. Got a Doordash delivery. Ordered 8 wings, but got 5 wings and 3 drumsticks. Ordered 2 large sides of cole slaw, but got only 1. I called the store and complained and they said I had to work it out with Doordash. Doordash gave me a credit worth half as much as the missing items.I'll go to other stores, never again this one.
Worthless. AVOID. We entered and waited about 20 minutes before we could order, but we drove so far to arrive that we were like they’re busy, it’s okay, can’t be that long. Then, it continued and continued.We ordered then waited 25 minutes and our food still wasn’t available, yet so many people got their food, deliveries, drive thru. We were the only ones. They saw us keep waiting for two simple meals, but just let us wait. Finally, I asked for a refund. I had to wait for the manager who was in the back while the chaos and disorganization was overwhelming the front, came out. He wasn’t sure how to do it but eventually refunded our money. We lost so much time. The drinks we got tasted like water. The employees were so dirty and sloppy and so many just walking around doing nothing. The absolute worst.AVOID
Always out of food and refuses to make anything after 8pm. Alot of the food taste old and they always mess up the orders.
