This location has become mismanaged and it is disappointing. We don't live far from this location so it is where we go most often for a sandwich. On two separate occasions (weeks between) they ran out of bread. Pretty hard to make a sandwich without bread. One of these occasions I said an unwhich would be fine but they didn't have the lettus. So what are you serving?? You can also see signs of mismanagement from their high turnover rate. This high turnover is now affecting the quality of the product. The last sandwich I had was missing mayonnaise, the one ingredient on every sandwich. I love Jimmy's sandwiches and I'm disappointed I need to drive further for a fix.
The logo says Fast and Fresh others very fresh there's nothing fast about it however the employee did hand it to me really fast once it was ready LOL!
Monday morning 1130 in the drive through. I ask twice for no onion on a #9, got onions. Also got a #3 tuna that must have been old tuna because i threw it away after one bite and had to brush my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth.
If I could give it a negative review, I would. I've worked in the food industry for years. Never have I told or been told I can't give or receive corporates number. The door was locked, not "stuck", because I have the nasty habit of yanking hard on doors as I've worked places that have sticky doors. The music is to loud, they may have 2 new hires, but they made the gargantuans with jalapeños when that's not even on the sandwich nor were they requested. They put tomatoes on the bread then took them off as they were making the hunters club sandwich which can be very fatal for someone with a tomatoe allergy. There was no where on the app to put that in as a note. I have trained new hires and never have I ever had issues like this with new people. I placed an order for a family that has medical issues i.e. diabetic, allergies, and special diets... this is unexceptional in all ways. Don't order from this store unless you want a mess up and have to deal with returning and getting a new order.
Complete disaster! Lobby closed. Staff inside yelling and cussing. I sent email to Jimmy John's web page, still no response. Goes to show management has no clue on how to manage or respond back to customers. Sandwich had very little lettuce and hole on side of bun. Got the wrong change back. Go to the other food places next door.
NEVER AGAIN! My family came here for lunch at 1:30pm. NO sign on the door that there lobby was closed and said they were cleaning it today. Which is weird because there lobby was closed the day before. ? So while the employee is telling us the lobby is closed, we are ALSO being told the bread has to cool down prior to making sandwiches and it will be 10-15 minutes. Okay so now, we have to go through the drive-thru and wait on the bread. We proceed to get back in the car and head to the driv-thru like instructed. We get to the speaker, just to THEN be told we will have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the bread. WHAT?!!After being told that, we said screw it and left.OWNER please get better employees
Our order wasnt accurate with what we ordered. It appeared that the employees had no clue what they were doing. Probably wont go back to this location.
Will NEVER EVER stop here again. The lobby door was locked at 7:00pm, so we had to use the drive thru (saying that because if we would have been in the lobby I could have seen what my sandwich looked like before we hit the highway) and I ordered the Baja. There literally was 2 slices of turkey on it, however each slice was a partial piece, paid for cheese but didn’t get the cheese, said no tomatoes but they put tomatoes on there, there was ONE slice of bacon and a tiny bit of mayo. The bread is so hard you can’t eat it and the staff was rude and it’s very obvious that when you order something from there they are annoyed they have to wait on you and make your food. I am beyond upset that THIS is what I paid $10.00 for and had to deal with rude staff on top of it. I only wish I had looked before getting back on the highway because I would have went back and demanded a refund. This place is pathetic. Wish I could give it negative stars.
Ordered online from the highway. Got there and there was a customer placing an order at the register. When he was done I let the staff know I was picking up a pre placed order. I was told my would be started after the in store order was completed. What is the point of ordering in advance if you are just going to end up in line anyway?
Bread Was HARD AS HELL, Sandwich Was Dryyy. Very Fast Delivery But Not Worth The Money. Will NEVER ORDER Here Again. UPDATE: They Replaced My Sandwich And It Was Much Better. Don't Order Here Through Doordash Tho.
