It’s 3:46 on 7/30/22 just literally left here the girl that took my order is the only one working the other two girls are literally just sitting on the drive thru ledge just watching her work SMDH. It’s really no reason for those two to be there
Better than every other fast sandwich shop...better meats, bread and great taste
I have came here 4 times and 1 of the 4 times my order was correct... Today was probably my last day coming to this location.
I placed online order through the app. Drive to Topeka (about 15 miles), left a $6 tip and picked up order. When I got back to work discovered the order was completely wrong- ALL Of IT! And we were missing sandwich, chips and pickles. Call to the store was poor customer service. The manager made excuses and talked over me the entire time. All I wanted was a gift card (in the amount I spent) to use at another Jimmie Johns( because why would I go back) only to be told that wasn’t an option. They will make me a new order though
They gave us the wrong order.they gave us some one else spicy sandwiches that we couldn't eat if we wanted to.we order 3 basic sandwiches coming from the Walmart north.by time we got home and put up our stuff it was to last and way to far away to take them back.we even tried calling but no answer each of the 2 times. We paid a lot for some one else food.that was to spicy to eat..
Bread was a bit dence, and they forgot some of the toppings, but overall food was good and fresh
Ordered delivery at 11:30 and didn’t get dropped off til 1. Was dropped off at a similarly named business (with a different address). Wouldn’t have even gotten my food if their front desk hasn’t called me to come walk 2 blocks to get it. There wasn’t even a straw for my drink! I called and the manager was nice but only said sorry and didn’t do anything else. Will not be ordering from this JJ’s again.

Ordered 70$ worth of food, app told us it was delivered but nothing was there. Tried calling multiple times and never picked up. Thanks for scamming us out of 70$.
Ordered last night using the app and the food never came nor was I given a refund. Tried calling the store after waiting almost an hour only to have nobody answer. If you want speedy fast like they advertise then good luck to you. You may never get your food and might spend $19.28 only to receive nothing in return.
