This is extremely biased, but it's definitely true.Goodcents may be the greatest sub shop in the history of the world. The employees are super friendly, the sandwiches are awesome, and I always feel I get a great value for the money. Plus, they have Pepsi, which I prefer over Coke, so this is kinda important to me when deciding where to go.I've always liked Goodcents as far back as I can remember. Their sandwiches come in lengths 4", 8", 12", and 16" lengths, so there is a size for everyone. The bread is softer and has better flavor than Subway or other sandwich shops I've been to. The meats are freshly sliced (Subway, not so much), and their cheeses are of better quality than Subway. The cheddar, for instance, is actual slices as opposed to Subway's shredded. The selection of vegetable toppings is first rate. Plus, Goodcents has Pepsi.I adore the staff. They want to make your sandwich to your specifications. Lot's of mayo? No problem. Tons of pickles? They back the truck up. Best of all, they are exceptionally friendly even when busy. And they have Pepsi.I always look forward to my next trip to Goodcents. Since the nearest building is a bit of a drive across town, it always seems like a treat. Especially because they have Pepsi.Finally, their app is easy to use. You can also see your points collected, which you can apply to future orders. Ordering is simple, and 99% of the time it's ready when you arrive. Pick up a Pepsi on your order!
Order is constantly wrong when I come here. The staff is slow and grumpy. They make excuses each time for the missing food. There was only one customer there and no one in the drive thru, yet I waited over 10 mins to get my order. Today, while remaking my sandwich, the manager was trying to tell me with their veggies, they don’t charge for things beyond the standard dress, unlike Subway. I really don’t care and would gladly pay extra for veggies if my sandwich is made right every time and I don’t have to go back so many times.
Friendly employees, always have quite a few working. They keep the AC on so it can be a tad chilly but that's better than being too hot.
Wow! Great place for a good sub, and cookie! The staff was amazing, nice and the service was top notch. I don't give 5 stars but this place deserves it. the deli meat and fixings were all fresh and high quality. Such a nice place, if your looking for a good experience, you must try this place if you have not already.
Last order was completely wrong so I overpaid for the sandwiches but the people are always super nice and it's usually spot on.
After ordering a party platter 5 times and never had a problem I ordered one tonight and lettuce was on all subs that had always been on the side. The GM said that is standard and they have done it wrong before. Ugh now picking lettuce off little sandwiches for my kids because now after all this time we are going by the book. By the book I would of got mayo, mustard, oil, and vinegar in bottles. Not a bag full of mayo packets, 2 salt packs, and one pepper packets. She was super rude
Had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, until we left. Great customer service. Great employees. Great food. Loved the enthusiasm of the employees. They made the visit worth while. Well definitely come in again when I'm in the area. Thank you guys for making me smile and loving what you do. ?
Everytime I have good cents I go to this one. The management is beyond amazing as well the staff. There are always on point. Thanks for the amazing service and quality food at a affordable price.....
My orders always are prepared how I like it and everything tastes great. Michael (manager) was a great guy and he helped me with my order and was very friendly.
Good food but a tad run down. There was still a flyer on the meat case for a sale ended in January. It is March now.
