I took my grand girls who are from Tucson, Arizona to this place. It was the worst food I have eaten. It was so bland, no taste at all. I ordered the rice with cilantro and lime; I took one bite and spit it out because the rice was not even half cooked. There was no Mexican flavor, or Aroma. Heck Taco Bell has better food.
I wanted to try this location based the great experience at the Wichita and Lawrence location. I love your veggie tacos. However, I did not love these veggie tacos. Not to mention the vibe of the place. Woman at register looked annoyed to interact with me. While waiting for my order, I hear a guy say "Who comes to a taco place and orders veggie tacos." Complete intolerance to someone's lifestyle.
I will not return. I placed an order in my app went to pickup my order and was told it was not ready after 20 minutes waiting and watching the cashier I finally got my order it had been sitting on the table since before I arrived and was cold! The perfect conditions for food poisoning!
I was craving me sum fuzzy tacos so instead of driving clear to the Lawrence location were I originally fell in love with there tacos I decided to go local n stop by the one here in topeka...big mistake!! Not impressed at all..tortillas were raw and falling apart...meat was cold...it was sad and diappointing.. i don't recommend this location at all but I give 5 stars and recommend ppl try the one in Lawrence on mass street
Ordered food online and was told it wasn't ready 20 minutes later I find out it has been sitting on the table the whole time... Cold food. Was told I was getting a refund but 5 days later still no refund! I definitely will not be returning!
The fajita chicken nachos are so good! They package them very well for takeout/delivery so that everything is fresh and crispy when it arrives. And of course the beef tacos are great too.
Was told 30 min , took over a hour to receive our food. All the tables were dirty. Won’t be returning, didn’t even get what I ordered: lady taking orders needs more training!
Over this past holiday season my mom slipped on her apartment stairs and severely broke her leg, she was working at fuzzys and she loved it, but obviously with a recently broken leg she couldn’t work there until it healed enough. Well the time came and her leg was healed JUST enough for her to return to work. She eagerly got the green light from her doctor and notified her workplace she was able to start work. She worked 6 shifts, literally doing her best, and giving her all. Today she was fired for being “too slow”. That literally sums it up. I was already aware that fuzzys has a toxic work environment but I was unaware it was this bad. I am honestly extremely disappointed because I loved their food, but I won’t support a business that treats people this way, it isn’t right. It’s honestly disgusting.
Absolutely terrible food. My wife and I went here based off a friend's recommendation, and won't be going back. I ordered a Fajita seasoned steak burrito, but the steak on the burrito didn't have a speck of seasoning on it. The rice on the burrito was well under-cooked which made it crunchy which I find disgusting. My wife ordered a chicken burrito which she didn't like either. We also ordered chips and queso. Big mistake. The queso tasted like cheese flavored water and was terrible. We spent over $40 here, and ended up throwing away about half the food and going to get food elsewhere. Fuzzy's is not authentic or even Tex-Mex Mexican food. It's just gross.
1 of the best restaurants I've ever gone to, Not only do they have Awesome Food, but they have Sensational Customer Service Definitely would recommend stoppin by it's worth it guaranteed.??
