They made my burger wrong and I was upset. I gave them 5 stars because when I called the store the manager was the nicest lady. She only cared about what it would take to make me a happy customer. I simply requested another burger be made. Customer service was awesome!! Food is always good!!
Fries are great. The burger just had minimal taste. Thought for the price woulda been better. Shake was delicious.

Great Service, Juicy and Tasty Hamburgers and Fries. Expect loads of fries when you order, we shared a small fry and still had left overs. Great place for big eaters.
Been to a lot of Five Guys restaurants all over the county. This is in the top 2!Excellent staff, clean, and the hamburger and fries were spot on. Keep up the great work.
Worst Five Guys Mel I've ever had. Cajun fries were undercooked and virtually unseasoned. Burger was blah, and while I get the purpose of precooked grilled onions, it might be nice to warm them up before service. Tomatoes were practically white, and flavorless. Only good part of the meal was that I had some jalapeño ranch dressing at work to make it taste better! The worst meal I've ever had for $19. Will never eat at this location again!
I mean...its a 5 Guys...what's not to love?!? Their food is always great! I crave their fries! Always a good choice, when choosing to eat out.

Also, You can ask for extra cheese, extra mushrooms and(or) extra bacon for NO EXTRA COST !!! That’s a pro tip !! Your welcome! That’s how I always get it. 10/10
