Sat at the intercom for more than 5 minutes in silence. There were no cars ahead of me. After finally ordering it took a good 15 minutes of waiting again at the window. The one drink was awful and the kolaches were undercooked….I’ve had other issues before but gave them benefit of the doubt being busy but that’s the last chance
Out of a few doughnuts I tried getting by 7am, and didn't make the ones other DD store in Topeka has.The summer iced latté was was good (except the sprinkles)
I ordered through the app and I still waited for 20 minutes. They are so slow at this location. In addition, they always seem to be out of what ever I ordered. They also didnt add any sugar to my drink as requested. Foods good, drinks are generally good. Just wish they would have enough stock and open both lanes up to be faster getting people in and out.
Place is always busy but they always have time for us when we pull up with an online order. Extremely friendly and accomodating staff make every visit a treat and the food and coffee are always hot and fresh. Plus they always take care of our doggos with very nice pup cups. Keep up the amazing work ?
What kind of donut shop has no glazed donuts at 7:30 am? Not impressed. I’ve gone several times now before 8am to be told “we ain’t got none of that”
This location is always out of donuts and cash. After three visits, I will no longer return. First time, no count change, so it was card or forgo my money and out of our first 3 choices of donuts. Second visit, out of donuts and waited 20 minutes in a single lane drive thru even though it’s a 2 lane. Third visit, out of donuts, went to pay and was told they had no ones. So once again, either use card or forgo my change. Got munchkins and they were incredibly dry.
Dunkin’ Donuts was pretty good. They were out of my vanilla frosted glazed. But they did have vanilla frosted longjohns. So that was awesome. Coffee was excellent. Was a little hard to hear at the drive thru speaker but that might just be me.
Donuts not fresh and I've definitely had better from other locations.. I understand being out of a lot of things but the freshness was not there
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT A DONUT. They always have a limited selection of donuts. They are cold donuts and taste like they are a day old. Powdered donuts barely have any sugar on them. Anything glazed doesn't cover the entire donut. Forget trying to find a filled donut at this location. And plan to spend at least 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru.
This is the worst Dunkin' in Topeka. I sat in line today for 25 min. Finally got up to the order board and no one even acknowledged that I was there and it would be a min. 10min later I finally drove off. This is not the first time either this has been like this. I am understanding if you need a few especially when you're Short handed but just say so.
