I placed an order and they canceled it without giving me any kind of notification. I only noticed it because the order tracker I pulled up said it had been canceled. I don't know if they've refunded the amount I paid via card yet but don't waste your time placing an order here, bunch of lazy inconsiderate sods working at this joint. Oh, and if I check my bank statements and find that I've not been refunded my money for pizza that didn't show you can expect legal action for Payment in Lieu of Remuneration.
They messed up my pizza and Chad the manager promised a free pizza on my next visit and the girl who answered the phone said I couldn't get my free pizza. Poor customer service. Need my pizza please Chad.
Big smile even though it was raining & staff had to deliver ti my car. Got it to me in the first minute, too. Pizza hot & tasty. Keep up the great work.
I ordered pizza last week, paid for three toppings with extra toppings on each of them, and was charged for that. What I got was a pizza with like 9 slices of pepperoni total. I chose the points for my compensation. I went to use the points for a free pizza tonight , placed my order , just for the trash can of a store to cancel my order, then ignore the ringing phone for 16 minutes and 19 seconds before picking it up to immediately hang up without a word. This was an order which i used points on, the points are gone but i didnt get anything out of it.Whoever manages that particular store needs fired. ( I dont say that lightly i order from this dominos regularly , almost at least once a week, for the past year, and im finally fed up with their horrid customer service and inability to make even a singular pizza correctly ) My points are missing and they frequently ignore their customers / mess up orders.Other mistakes I've gotten from this location:Pizza with literally no sauce on it on multiple occasionsBurnt food on multiple occasionsMissing food itemsCompletely wrong orders ( they don't even label their boxes on delivery so the drivers don't know what they're taking where )Called the store on many many many occasions to ask what's taking an order so long ( hours ) not once has anyone answered the phone.Just the bottom of the barrel. Don't order from here unless you have the patience of a Saint and don't care what they bring you, if anything.

Ordered online, quality check as of 7:26pm, barely delivered at 8:16pm. Pizza is cold and both boxes when opened, pizza stuck to them. Christine, "the driver" had another person/kid bring the food up, not the person working there. Pizza late and tasteless. Go to a different Dominos, stay away from this place.
Adam, the General Manager is the only one that knows how to make a quality pizza. As for the rest of the crew, especially at night with Zachary or Aaron. They will tell you that delivery is more than two hours hours to try and deter you from ordering. Then when I do order, I receive the order in a reasonable amount of time, but still poorly made. People just don't to work anymore, if you don't like your job, quit and spare Domino's customers the poor service and pizza quality.
Ordered online at 8:30pm said it would be ready in 20min. Got a text at 8:40 saying it was in the oven, be ready in 8-10min. Arrived at 8:55 and they said "sorry it was never put in the oven and your sandwich looks old so don't worry about paying we'll make it fresh for you right now and bring it to your car".... okay....9:30pm rolls around and we're still sitting in the parking lot waiting for our 20min order that notified us it was ready but wasn't actually made. After 3 different delivery drivers had returned, loaded up with more deliveries then left, we finally decided they never "remade" our order and just went home. Woke up this morning to a text they cancelled the order at 10:18pm. Time before this, they argued with me for 10min that our order was never sent there. After I showed them the confirmation email was for this location it magically appeared as a line worker yells "Uh make sure she pays for it". Literally I'm holding my debit card in hand while they searched for my order. When have you ever just handed out free pizza. Obviously people have to pay before receiving their items that's usually how businesses work. This is why I quit paying online at domino's because they continously mess up our order. Definitely don't do delivery, we eneded up with someone else's order entirely and the store was "closed" when we tried calling to get it corrected. Never had one problem with the Lawrence, KS store and ordered from there for years before moving to Topeka. Do yourself a favor and just don't order from here. Pizza Hut service a few blocks down never fails. This domino's store is very disorganized. Not going to hurt this company without my business but I will not waste my time and money here again. Terrible customer service. She was rude and hung up on me after giving me an attitude. She was on speaker and my guest were literally giving me looks because of how she was talking to me
ordered 2 large 2 topping pizzas. Gave the delivery driver an $8 tip to drive about 7 blocks because it snowed this morning and I didn’t feel like scraping off the car. I got one that looked good and the other was about 1/2 the size of the other. I attempted to call the store and sat on hold for over 10 min. Before someone picked up. Then when someone finally picked up the phone they said “Please Hold” and put me back on hold. I’m still waiting to talk to someone after being on hold for over 20 min. Whoever did the quality check also did a poor job. This pizza should never have been put in the oven. According to the app someone named Carnell made the pizza. Apparently he messed it up and didn’t have enough pride in doing a good job that he put it in the oven anyway. Someone else must have known it was messed up when they did the quality check and they still sent it out the door. Then when I talked to a second person after being on hold for 20 min the person they put on the phone with someone who couldn’t help me. So he put me back on hold. Been on Hold for 30min at this point. The lady who finally answered after 30 min was curt to the point of being rude. She basically said she just wanted to get me off the phone.Normally I get good service from this Domino’s but quality was lacking in all departments this evening except for the delivery driver. He did a good job.
