Staff were super friendly at this location...food was meh, chain tasting BBQ and nothing to drool over but would visit again.
No matter how busy this place is they always execute very well. It's nice to see a place that can handle a kids eat free special and still keep it clean and being friendly. Best jalepeno sausage I've had!! Must stop by if in Topeka.
The sun rises and sets, and Dickey's BBQ is guaranteed to screw up my order. It does not matter how much time has passed or how simple the order may be, Dicky's is GUARANTEED to screw it up somehow. Dine in? Carry out? Delivery? Dickey's will mess it up for you. Half the time all I get is gristle. I have not had a single positive experience at this place in 5+ years, nor have any of my refunds or discounts ever gone through after waiting for over 15-30 minutes most times to even speak to someone. I have been given emails, customer service numbers, corporate numbers, you name it. Nobody ever answers or replies to an email or voicemail even after weeks. This place legit has the worst customer service of any business I've ever experienced.
Foods good, front counter staff when I was there had the personality of a four day old damp mop. Need customer service retraining badly.
My sister took me there with my nephew I had never been there before the food was excellent the service was good we'll be going back again
My fiancée and I often stop by here for dinner after work. The food's always fresh and delicious! The free ice cream is always a plus, too. My only complaint is that the drinks are a little overpriced (though they come in a big, reusable plastic cup you can take home).
Everything was fantastic! Brisket was tender and flavorful, sides were all delicious, even the Cole slaw, not too sweet or tangy just perfect with the mealFast delivery to our hotel was so appreciated ?
just had the worst WESTERNER SANDWICH THREE BIG CHUNKS OF TURKEY FAT IT WAS SLIMY GROSS AND JUST SICKENING. I CANT BELIEVE SOMEONE WOULD PUT THAT ON A BUN..I AIN'T COMING BACK THIS EXPERIENCE EXPLAINS WHY THE HAVE VIRTUALLY NO CUSTOMERS LIKE A DEAD ZONE
Do not order delivery after the lunch hour. I ordered at 2 p.m.and I received super dry chicken, small meat portion, stale bun and dried out potato casserole. It must get better than that, I hope.
Better than expected for fast food/chain barbecue. Pleasant staff. I will eat there again.
