Doors are always locked and you can’t go inside. There isn’t any sign telling you that the lobby is closed. The drive through takes at least 20 mins and the teenagers working here don’t make the ice cream correctly. Horrible management!
I went this evening about 10 minutes until close, got a blizzard and it was literally melted when I got it, asked for a replacement so it wouldn't be soup when I got home (3 minutes away) but was denied. Will literally never go back to this location.
Worst Dairy Queen in Topeka! Doesn't matter what time of the day/evening you go it is always closed! When it is open there is 8 or 9 kids working who are to lazy to open the doors up! Seriously someone else needs to buy this store and reopen it! Whoever is managing it now has no business doing so!
After waiting 30 minutes in the drive up. Dining room is closed. All three of our orders were done incorrectly and not even filled to the top. Very disappointed for these prices, employees need to get it right instead of being on their phones.
Stopped for blizzards. I did not feel like driving to Sheridans big mistake. Blizzards unleaded and melted. I have mine in the deep freeze. I will probably throw it out. I remembered why I do not go to dairy queen. I had a temporary lapse of insanity.
They are never open, i understand staffing is a problem but its crazy that they are always closed. I love when i am able to get the food though.
Can anyone confirm if this is to be new hours of this location? I’ve tried stopping here several times over the past couple of months and every single time this is what I see….
Chicken strips and gravy are ? plus the blizzards are off the chain but you seriously wanna try the oreo and brownie cupfection
Food is good, but they are always closed due to “lack of staff” this has been going on for months …
Good food but half the time I leave because you'll be in the drive thru for 15 min without moving. It's really a shame too. I would rather eat here, but I won't sit in a line that's not moving to get my snack or meal.
