Good food. Little disappointed but they did their best. The store hrs listed online and on the door state a 10 pm close. However we were not informed untill after paying they would be closing at 9 pm.( was 830 pm when we entered) being understanding that the employees were young. If it wasn't for that I'd rate them a 5 star.
We used to love coming to cicis but the quality has gone way down. Very disappointed. The cheese bread was so soggy it was as if it was just dipped in a vat of oil; the lady in front of us also noticed this and would not take any. The pizza choices were minimal. The bathroom door has a thin wall of masking tape to block it from being opened.One of the lady’s was glued to her phone while her staff was getting behind and did nothing to help. Coming into this cicis was like witnessing a walking dead scene.Never coming back to this location. Gross!
I had a great experience. Food was good and everyone was nice especially the girl who picked up the plates from my table. She was very polite I think her name was Kat not sure though anyways it was overall very clean too.
The brownies where undercooked or wherebt prepared properly. They tasted like nothing but raw eggs and oil which made me sick. Thier pizzas are alright still a little on the raw side though. I don't suggest eating here unless you want to get sick.
Would for sure give zero stars if that was an option. Person at the register overcharged my friend, charged her 11 year old as an adult. Then had an attitude with us when we asked her to fix it. Our table piled up with plates, they didn’t once take old plates off of our table but made sure to get the table next to us. One of the employees also went to the back door & let in four guys and they got to eat for free!
A year ago this place was horrible and it still is. Even at the $3.99 price it is NOT worth it. Food was dead in the line, was told we had to wait 20 minutes for fresh pizza and staff was rude. Restrooms were dirty and soda machine was disgusting. There was 7 employees just kind of walking around. Nothing compared to Roeland Park CiCis. I'm rather travel the hour!
I got to Cici with me and my family at 11:14 am and paid 36 almost 37 2 adult 2 kids. The pizza was nasty not even warm not fresh very doughy. And there salad bar didnt have everything for a salad like one was cheese . Diffenly not worth the money I paid will not come back
This review is about the good heart of the employees here.Our special order of veg pizza was cooked to perfection and served in our booth. The staff were nice and our evening went pleasant. When my kids were about to go wild at the play area, we rushed out Leaving my phone with the attached wallet at this place. Realizing this after about 30 mins, Completely flushed called my phone from my hubby’s and I was blessed enough to get it back from Cici’s staff. My sincere thanks to them and such actions really do restore faith in this world.PS: In my emotional state i didn’t even get to know their names. My apologies.
They have a variety of pizza or you can get one made that you like. It's inexpensive for all you can eat pizza. Their dessert pizza is great, as are the cinnamon rolls! If you want a quick bite to eat, that's inexpensive this is a good place to go.
Ok place to go for lots of cheap pizza. Kind of garish decor. Taylored more to kids and folks on a budget. Decent selection of pizza, but skimpy on the toppings.. the dessert pizza and brownies are good
