Got the smokehouse chicken ,so over cooked was not fit to eat. And looked the size of a sparrow. Wife order a chicken sand . Was told the breasts were to old so they gave her two chicken strips. No bun. She said they were so small when she put them on one piece of bread she said it made a half sandwich. Out of potatoes too. Won't be going back anytime soon. Sad
The chicken sandwich is the worst I have ever seen or tasted. It’s half the size of the bun and burnt. I feel personally victimized by this sandwich… the French fries are cold…
Just got directions.......I never went there....Probably be better than 1 star. But I haven't been there
Food is great but everytime I bring a coupon they don't take it and they act like they don't understand English and they taken them before and spoke English fine when I order inside without a coupon
I used to love going to Church's Chicken couldn't wait to bite into that crispy tasty chicken. Oh and we cannot forget the honey butter biscuits terrific. Love the fried okra. But for some reason today April 5th 2022 at between 10:30 and 10:45 this morning we decided to go there and get Church's Chicken for lunch. So we ordered a 12-piece meal that included the fried okra the biscuits coleslaw and chicken but for some reason when we asked for honey and butter so we can put on our biscuits because we love to put extra we got told that they put the honey in the butter on the biscuits that they don't give out honey and honey and butters anymore so I let that slide because they are good but when you bite into chicken and it tastes like cardboard wait a minute cardboard had more flavor than the chicken the coleslaw didn't have enough sauce on it the okra tasted stale like it was set for a while or it was left over from last night. Try to call and make a complaint nobody wanted to answer the phone. So not only do we get rude customer service we get bad tasting food and nobody wants to hear the complaint. My wife and family and I have decided we will no longer go to Church's Chicken anymore. They have a long way to go to even try to get us back. I wouldn't even feed the chicken to my dog that's how nasty it was. And Church's Chicken when you do see this review. Please feel free to contact me because I have a lot
Why you say you have a 25 minute wait for chicken. Don't you sell chicken? Won't be there ever again. Don't go there, unless you got lots of time to waste. I'll spread the word, believe me.
The chicken strips tasted like they were cooked with plastic... As if there was a weird chemical on them. I will never eat at church's chicken again.
We had a large order to place (40 tenders, biscuits and fries). We had tried calling multiple times to place the order ahead of time but no one ever answered. So we went ahead and drove up and placed our order in the drive thru. I could tell our order probably took them off guard and overwhelmed them since it was a lot of food. But they did fulfill our order pretty quickly! Our food was great and delicious! I only took off a star since nobody answered the phone. If we had been able to place the order over the phone ahead of time, I know it wouldn't have taken them off guard so much.
Them getting my order wrong is my fault awful customer service and they take for ever and barely have any business go up the street to Popeyes instead
