Classic Chipotle experience. Gigantic burrito, fair price, always tasty
Wow. Went here yesterday and am currently up with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve had in years…how do I know it’s from Chipotle? Well let’s spare some details and just say it’s the only place I’ve had whole kernel corn from in weeks! On top of that, I remember thinking as I ate it this is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever had but didn’t want to waste it. The half scoop of steak they gave me was mostly fat and gristle, the measly scoop of chicken tasted strongly of cinnamon.All I can say is my stomach is killing me and I’m sitting here thinking I paid $12-15 for this misery and pain. Very upset and in so much pain, honestly thinking about filing a report to the Health Dept that’s how much my tummy hurts..
Manager Alberto said call customer service to get your money back.. nothing I can do for you. Sad.
Used the app for a good order. When we got it home, the label on the bowl was correct, but the food wasn't even close to being correct. I just threw it in the trash abs went to McDonald's. They got my order right.
Food ok, service - no hurry on their part. If you don't mind waiting...Tables were not clean and drink station area messy.

They changed the way some food items are made and when asked why it was being folded up so small, I just got a shoulder shrug. Then the girl walks off for several minutes into the back room w it. After a bit I apologize to the people behind me , saying I don't know where the girl went. And I was corrected by by her Co worker who said "it a boy" . I apologized cause I really didnt look to closely, then realized the trans gender issue he was talking about. I don't really care just make the food. Wow
I thought I liked Chipotle until I went to this one. No no no. Dry rice, charged me extra for a purely vegetarian option not even guac as I don't eat it. Didn't even full the spoon full and I reiterate, I only have beans as protein. Drink coolers were never refilled, only one was available.
They are one of the busiest restaurants on Wanamaker! The line was to the door but they all work together to get everyone thru in a timely manner. The food is always super good and the restaurant is always clean!
Good food. Ordering on the app and picking it up could be better. Waited over 30 min past the pickup time for my order at least twice now.
