If you have the time to wait, good meal..but my side salad was hot and my fries were cold, manager didn't seem to care, waiter was doing his best keeping up..
Had a great lunch with my mom, for $9.99 you have your choice of soup or salad, several to choose from and also half an entree with a side. For being a Chili's Club member we also received free chips and salsa. Service was great everything was delicious and you can't beat the lunch deals!
Service was okay & food was okay. The booth & table was sticky. High chair was dirty & sticky and I had to wipe it down with a baby wipe. The floors were absolutely disgusting!!! Your sandals would stick to them when you walked. The tables around us were also dirty. This restaurant needs a full remodel- new floors, tables, chairs, booths & new bathroom!!!!
We had 15 people after church today for lunch. The young lady waitress took care of us with ease. Our food was prepared to perfection. We will eat there again. Enjoyed the new menu items.
Had some good experiences here..this time the only waitress in our section at the bar sat and talked to other guests for 20 minutes. Been waiting on margaritas and queso for 30 minutes. Had to move to a table so that we could at least get some water.
They were not that busy and seemed to have enough help however the service was extremely slow. Our waitress was very friendly but we did not get our order in a timely manner and often had to search to ask for things such as drinks and side items, and sometimes we had to ask more than once. The food was as expected for Chili's. Not amazing but nothing to complain about.
It took 2 hours for 5 people to eat. Our salads came after our meal, and only because we asked about them. Had to ask 3 times for the dessert to be delivered to the table. Never received out togo drink that she offered. Very disappointed.
We were seated immediately and was taken care of very well. Our waiter, Jacoby, was very polite and attentive, and made our visit very delightful. The food was great, and service was even better. I will definitely be returning.
We have gotten mediocre service here in the past but this time was great. Jakobi did an amazing job as our service. Polite, made sure we had everything we needed, and just went above and beyond.
We were seated in the bar area... bar tender was our waiter... he took our order, somebody else brought our appetizer just before dinner... the table next to us was seated after us, ordered, ate and got to go containers before our appetizer even came out. I understand that everybody is short these days, but this was frustrating. Nobody even checked in after they brought our entrees... mine was supposed to have avocados on it, but they were not. We used the app to pay so we wouldn't be sitting for another hour waiting for the check.
