The staff wasn't as "hop-to" as you'd hope. Food was good.

It's was good... better service here in Topeka than I've had at other ones. Good bartender and the wings were on point!
Great atmosphere and service. The manager John T is extremely kind, professional, and came around to our table to ensure our food was up to quality and that our service was extraordinary!
We come here every week for takeout and have for years. I always have to check the food because almost every time there is something missing in the bag. I also think the service at the front is lacking, sometimes I will stand there for 10 minutes, at least 5 employees will walk by and not one person will acknowledge me. Other times, it's fast and pleasant. Just inconsistent service. The food however is always good which is why we always return. See you next week, hope everything is in the bag! ?
Food was pretty good. They did not get my order correct, I asked for no cheese on my sandwich and got melted cheese on it so I couldn't even scrape it all off. But it tasted pretty good. Service was poor, the waitress ran her tray into my back and didn't even apologize. She acted like it was a huge deal to start bringing our checks out after an hour of service and instead of bringing our checks out as requested made us wait as she got everyone's checks and then, even though I was kind of in a hurry, I waited as she worked her way around the table. I would definitely not recommend this establishment.
Service inside is ? but takeout orders good luck. Seriously how do you forget FRIES for a small order. Manger was great to work with BUT getting a simple refund is a joke.
Ordered the 40 wing deal with fries and sauce on the side.Fries and vegetables are old. Like old old. Like I wouldn't be surprised if they were scraped off the bottom of the walk in after someone spilled yesterday's leftovers. Not only that, but these fries are salter than the goddang ocean! Literally inedible. I wouldn't even mention any of this if it wasn't for the fact that the 40 wings were sent with ZERO sauce. And the ticket definitely said Buffalo and Zing. For 70 fecking bucks, I got a bag of trash and a $5 uber credit.Get better cooks.
