Really enjoy the Market Fresh Sandwiches, probably the healthiest thing on the menu, if I can resist the fries. Really good if I'm in a hurry I need to grab something on the go.
Terrible customer service. They couldn’t tell me what was on their menu when the electronic menu went down. When talking to the manager, the employee with the bad attitude was just laughing about it. And when we asked her if she thought this was funny, she said yes. I won’t be going to that Arby’s on Huntoon and Wanamaker in Topeka ever again.
Ordered food including a shake which was mostly melted and tasted sour like it had expired. They also didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't go back for a refund. This isn't the first time this has happened either. I rarely eat here and yet this location screws up my orders more than any other fast food place in town so I'm not giving them any more chances.
I always get the beef and cheddar sandwich with an extra side of cheese becuz they are a little chincy on the cheese. Add a couple packets of horseradish sauce called "Horsey Sauce" and it's a good sandwich. ? I also love their curly fries, can get with or without cheese, very good.
I ate the chicken bacon salad in it was, by far, the best salad from a fast food restaurant. #1 in my opinion!!!
Greeted as soon as we walked in. Person taking the order kind of acted like he didn't want to be there. He did however take our order promptly and efficiently with no suggestions for add-ons and did not put the name I gave him nor any name on the ticket. Our order did come out quick, hot, and fresh as I had to watch for it since there was no name on my ticket. The quality of the beef and cheddars' food build was a little sloppy, but they still tasted great after rebuilding them. Overall, they could have 5 stars if they pay attention a little more to quality of the food they are sending out and at least act like they want to be there.
I only had a problem after I ate instantly my stomach started cramping and I was up n down all night had the diarrhea n stomach cramps. ?
I have always enjoyed Arby's roast beef, it doesn't disappoint.
Best Arby's I have been at in 10 years. Sandwich had enough meat it looked like the menu board! Amazing and I will return, hoping it retains the quality!
Drove up to the drive through and was told to give them a minute and I said "your fine" I get a reply back from the intercom mocking my "your fine" statement like a child. The people who work the drive through need to grow up.
