Today was our first time as customers! You won us over, everyone was friendly and the food was fantastic! We will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you for making our experience so great!
The atmosphere was great! Has a local pub feeling with really nice regular customers to talk to (kinda like a Cheers vibe). Jordan the bartender was funny and cool. The best part was the pizza!! Love that you can order by the slice and on top of that, the prices are more than fair for the amount that you get. The sauce to cheese/toppings ratio was good and the sauce was delicious. Definitely going to come back when visiting the area!
It's good! They've got all sorts of different specialty pizzas and I haven't been disappointed by any of them yet. I haven't had the chance to try any of the non-pizza items on the menu yet, but they look tasty. The atmosphere in here is pretty nice as well, and they aren't typically super crowded.
I ordered a half order of BBQ wings they were so slimy and nearly raw in the middle I also ordered two slices of pizza one of my creation and one of the specialty pizzas listed on the menu when I arrived to pick up my order they had made my custom slice missing ingredients and made incorrectly and my specialty slice not on my order at all. The lady was super nice about it and had my custom slice remade it was OK. But my specialty slice was disgusting and completely made incorrectly despite the fact of being a menu item I'm assuming they were rushing due to it being close to closing time but I ordered my food 30 mins prior to close it was a horrible experience will most likely never go back ..
Their To-Go service needs a lot of work. Paid food is sitting in the warmers, but they make you wait in line out the door with only one cashier and no other employees helping move the paid orders out. Don't even think about asking an employee walking by to check if your to-go order is sitting in the warmer because they are extremely rude and tell you to go wait in line, specifically a college age girl with straight brown hair.And if you are not one of the lucky few who's order is ready, then you'll be waiting 15-30 minutes past the time is was said to be ready. I get that the place is popular, but you can't expect one cashier to handle that volume during dinner rush.
A place we won't go back to. Rented the back room for a party and received no wait staff to take care of us. If that's how they do things, fine. What wasn't fine was charging 15% gratuity for each of us to wait on ourselves. That makes zero sense. What also wasn't fine was the beetle crawling out of one of the kiddos salads after they were halfway through it, and then being told they couldn't refund it - they would only give gift card or remake it. Only after questioning why we would come back after this experience did they go grab a $10 bill to give to parent. No management apology or explanation, no intervention for service recovery at all. Not impressed.
Stopped in on a road trip after seeing a ridiculous amount of pizza joints advertised getting into Topeka. I'm glad we chose this one. They have a fun menu with lots of interesting pizza options (and the old classics). Order at the front and then service was quick. There is a bar with a lot of what appeared to be local craft brews. Pizza was perfect, even for the kids and they usually hate anything we like :/
Had a 30th Birthday Celebration for our Son. Jordan took exceptional care of our party of 18. Great Pizza, appetizers, etc.
The salad was on point, the pizza was very good! Definitely worth a stop.
Sometimes you come in and have to wait in line at the register to put your order in. Understand - that's okay. Hang tight bud...get those wings. Yes, the oven roasted. Ask for an extra side of ranch. You'll also want to pair their house chardonnay with the ceasar salad. Get the large, you won't be sorry.Cheers and support Topeka local.
