If lobby Is closed its only courteous you tell customers its closed. It isnt hard to post a sign.
Awful management. Placed mobile order and arrived about 10 minutes later. They had paper printouts taped over the hamburgers on the menu board stating they had no beef (at 11 AM!) since their supply truck hadn't arrived. I told them I wanted to cancel the mobile order. They said cancel it yourself on the app. I did but was still charged anyway. Manager refused to do anything to help and told me to "call corporate." I've been on hold with Wendy's customer service for 30+ minutes with no answer.
Not the best wendy's ive been to but it service is fairly fast, not super friendly but fast. Fries are a coin toss but if you say something they will replace them with fresh.
I was in drive thru and I had ordered myself a 5 for 5 Biggie Bag. When I received my order two items wasn't even in the bag. The chicken nuggets and small fries wasn't in the bag. Also, I never receive a receipt with my change. I when back inside with my bag and informed them about what happened. I was given the rest of my order and I still wasn't given my receipt for my order.
This is the best Wendy's I have had at this exact location. I went there for a pizza once. They didn't have it but they did have the Baconator!
They only took care of one car at a time in drive thru and wouldn't take the next order until the car before had left
Just left there and came across the parking lot to Dairy Queen. We stood at the register for 5 minutes and none of the employees working even acknowledged we were there. They walked right by us, including the manager, several times. There was only 1 family in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive through.
Super friendly staff! One kind women gave my 8 month old son some books. So sweet and our food was perfect! Fast friendly service
Lobby closes whenever they want and don't follow the rules of the company. No light on menu and they forgot my honey mustard!!! Try eating nuggets without honey mustard!!!
It was OK I really liked Wendy's 4 years especially when Dave Thomas was alive. The salad bars and everything Wendy's has really gone downhill
