Went for breakfast and ordered bacon and CHEESE omelet with hash browns. The omelet arrives at the table and I turn it inside out and don’t see any cheese. I call our waitress over and bring it to her attention and she says “ That’s been happening a lot lately” So she takes the omelet back to get another one. She was very nice about it. In the meantime the DB Manager comes over to the table and says “ THERE WAS CHEESE IN THAT OMELET DO YOU NEED ME TO GO GET IT AND SHOW IT TO YOU!!??” I thought good customer service was .. Gee your right… I’m so sorry that there isn’t any cheese in this omelet so let me get that remade for you! This guy should be fired talking to customers like that… I will NEVER go back to Big Biscuit and I suggest that you don’t either … especially if you want cheese in your omelet!!
No wait (on a Tuesday). Good food and service. The cinnamon roll pancake is a must for pancake lovers with a real sweet tooth.

Stopped in for brunch with the lady after keeping the Casino up all night! It was alright like anywhere right now they were super busy and slightly understaffed but our service was still pretty decent. The food was just basic breakfast. I had the Sampler plate. sausage patties are interesting they are like super thin pressed steak burger like patties and were pretty good. The biscuit is big in the biscuit and gravy hence the name of the place and it probably isn't world famous but it was pretty good biscuit and gravy. The best part of the whole meal for sure! Definitely a decent place to catch a quick breakfast or brunch!
Great staff and yummy food! A small group of us have breakfast there once a month and the ladies always get us taken care of!
