This is a horrible taco bell. They eere very rude people working there and the lady in the drive thru didn't know how to do her job at all. They were out of everything I tried to order . Will NOT be going back to this location.
I don't know what's changed, but the staff is faster and more polite than it used to be. The wait for food is a lot shorter. Not sure if the manager changed, but it's better than it used to be
Slowest drive-through ever!!! I waited 40 minutes in the drive-through and I only got 2 items. The employees are always very nice & polite but the service is just incredibly slow!!!
The absolute worst-managed Taco Bell I've ever has the displeasure of dealing with. I've personally waiting in the drive through AND inside three times for 30-40 minutes each time, and they weren't even busy. I had 2 cars in front of me, and had driven right up to the ordering area. When ordering through a delivery service, I've had 2-3 drivers rejecting the pickup (on multiple occasions) before some poor soul does the job. I cannot understand why they are still in business with the current management.
My boyfriend and I always come to this location for either dinner or just late-night munchies, and the staff are always super friendly and quick, especially Shaun. There's been one occasion where our order got mixed up with someone else's, but Shaun was very apologetic and owned up to his mini mistake. He is a very honest and friendly man, and almost always has a smile on his face whenever we've come by.
Lol I got insulted by the lady at the window through the speaker for not rounding up change, did the same to the customer behind me. She had an attitude later at the window and was literally screaming at the rest of the staff when she handed me my food and wouldn't look or speak to me??? The order was nowhere close to correct as well but I don't trust going back. As a sidenote the change roundups are just T Bell tax write offs paid for by customers, and it is not a personal insult to decline????

I wish that I could zero stars. I've had aweful service at this location so many times. There's nothing fast about this place. It's dirty and the employees are rude and lazy. The food is subpar at best. You've lost my business. I'll never return!
This Taco Bell is absolutely terrible! They are incredibly slow! We went today and waited almost 40 minutes before walking up to the counter and asking about our order. The not so friendly lady said they had a big order ahead of mine and it would be a lot longer before we got our order. There were eight other customers waiting for their orders as well. We refunded and went to McDonald’s where we can at least get our food in under an hour. This location is very poorly managed. I was not the only customer to refund.
I have been sitting in the drive thru line for 50 minutes of my hour lunch. I understand that ya’ll are probably short staffed but there were 5 cars in front of me and it shouldn’t take 10 minutes per car to get food. Unacceptable! I got 4 tacos and a burrito. I now have 6 minutes to get back to work on time and still do not have my food!
